The excellent location of the complex is in a quiet, secure location, 5 minutes walk to the beach, you can get to other parts of the island by bus, which stops near the house. The apartment is clean, cozy and has everything for a comfortable stay. A big plus is the availability of 2 electric scooters. Geremias and Maribeth are very nice and friendly hosts, gave advice on the island, and always responded promptly. Thank you for your hospitality.

Super spacious, clean with a panoramic view of the island from comfort of the villas pool. Excellent service provided by the super friendly and responsive staff, they went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable.

We had such a great stay at this Airbnb! Our group of six had plenty of space, and what really made the experience stand out was the exceptional service from Reda and Kim. They were available almost around the clock—helping us order e-trikes right to our door, providing extra towels, and just generally making sure we had everything we needed. The hosts were super responsive and a accommodative as well, which made coordinating everything in a new country so much easier. The living area on the 3rd floor was spacious and perfect for our games night in. And the rooftop pool was incredible. We caught both sunrise and sunset from up there. There’s also the indoor pool when it’s too hot outside. Highly recommend this for a group of 6 or more people!

What I really love about our stay are how peaceful and smooth our stay with my bestfriend turned out. Our goal is a hassle-free staycation and this Casa Calma gave us all we needed. The place is comely. Feels like home. Everything we needed is there— untensils are well clean, appliances such as iron, washing machine, ice cooker, microwave works fine and the bed sheets are clean as well. Everything is being prepared and spotless. The toilet is polished and when we had an empty bodywash when we arrived, they respond immediately and provided us one. It was a convenient stay and we have nothing to worry about home needs. Plus points how responsive the host. We definitely book again and marked this staycation as one of our second home in Boracay. Because the condo itself is worth a visit. People and personnel there are polite and friendly. Our Boracay trip becomes ideal and worth a stay. Thank you Ms. Myra and the owner of this unit. Stephanie made this stay so much more inviting and personal. She was always responsive, and very helpful when it comes to instructions on how to get to the airbnb, and also what needed to be done as for a smooth transition upon reaching Boracay. On top of that, she also allowed us to check out a lil later since our transport pickup time was later. The location itself was also amazing. Beautiful airbnb with a private beach tucked away just 5 minutes walk away. Honestly, couldn’t have asked for a better host. Highly recommended!

Joyce place is a quiet, clean, spacious and calming place. It is very near the (Touristic Attraction) and close to all the lovely restaurants and bars of the area (10 to 15mins drive) But you can’t hear the noise of the streets in the apartment. The whole place made us feel at ease. Joyce was very nice, easy to talk to and very friendly when she welcomed us. I would definitely come again!

We had an amazing stay at Ocean Garden Villa in Newcoast Boracay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and stylish. The township is beautiful, peaceful, and felt very safe throughout our visit. The location is perfect for both relaxing and exploring the island. The hosts were incredibly attentive and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The on-site staff were also kind and helpful. Overall, it was excellent value for the price. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Boracay—I’d definitely love to stay here again!

The hosts are very accommodating and friendly. Would definitely recommend if you’re traveling with family since the space is big enough. You can freely cook especially because it’s a bit far from the town center. Convenient transpo would be hop on hop off bus and the property’s free shuttle. If you plan to stay out late e-trike’s are an option. They also have an exclusive beach so very nice!
