Relax with the whole family at this four bedroom home, one en-suite with two further bathrooms , a large lounge diner and French doors to rear garden. Kitchen has range cooker, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The utility room is equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer. In the enclosed rear garden there is children’s play equipment and across the front drive, above the triple garage, there is a games room. Ample hot water and central heating when required are included in the letting price

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, set amongst 115 acres of a David Bellamy awarded park in the rural heart of Northamptonshire. The park itself boasts lakes and walks, fishing, outdoor swimming pool (seasonal), The Pine Trees Bar and Kitchen overlooking the lakes, serving food all day (including breakfast) and live entertainment at the weekends. At the top of the park you can find a well stocked shop, laundrette, hair dressers, an all weather tennis and bowls courts.

Delightful detached coach house in over 100 acres of conservation parkland. Beautiful views situated next to a castle folly built in 1770. Very rural setting with private bedrooms in separate annexe building overlooking pond and fields. Easy parking right outside the coach house front door. At end of a private road and only 3 miles from Northampton Town centre. Close to village pubs, lots of lovely walks from our door, parks and country park reservoir.

It is in the old part of the village in a half acre garden. 1 hour or less from London, Oxford, Cambridge, Stratford and many stately homes. Ideal for family gatherings, friends' re-unions and for wedding guests. The Space The house is our family home used by us.
