This is a wonderful location and spade. The host has three separate units in the same place so this is excellent for a group of people travelling together like us. We had rented 2 of the three spaces. There is a lovely outdoor living space where we would meeting in the evenings Our first night we did have an issue with the hot water but the host responded immediately and it was fixed promptly. Host gifted us beautiful desserts to make up for the inconvenience. The space itself is modern, functional and clean. It is very comfortable and the host has paid a lot of attention to detail such a as proving umbrellas, coffee, water and snacks to get you started. We had a rental car and it was easy to find parking. Bonus is the nice cafe right at the entrance of the suite and you can easily grant coffee or an apertivo. The location is a 15 min walk to Ortega/ downtown Siracusa. I recommend this space and I hope to stay in it again in the future.

Margherita is a very friendly host. She is involved with your stay, very responsive and will help at any hour. She even gave us a fruit platter and some crossaints in the morning. The cottage is lovely and she lives next to it with her dog, cats and chickens. The dog was very friendly as well. Would recommend staying here to get some peacefull rest and good recommendations for food/towns to visit from the host.

Andrea's home was great ! The apartment was very cute with two beautiful bedrooms with large french doors and two balconies overlooking the street below. The location was amazing and walkable to all coffee shops, restaurants, and historic Ortigia.

We had a very good time in the apartment! Marisella is responsive and wants the guests to feel good!

We had a lovely stay, four adults and our 8-month old baby. Nice apartment close to Marzamemi, a cozy old fishing village with lots of nice restaurants! Communication with Laura was exceptional and she was so kind with us. Thank you so much for having us!

Andrea's place is terrific - located a group of houses in a quiet area ~20 min drive from Siracusa with gated access that feels "remote". The house itself is half of a duplex and is exactly like the pictures in the listing - it is modern and clean and incredibly well furnished and stocked to feel like home. The beds were comfortable (firm), kitchen was well stocked for basic cooking, AC worked great, Wifi was excellent (fast upload speeds), and clothes washer was also good. There was a small hot tub in the backyard that worked OK (took a long time to heat up, but was then fine). There is a rock / rocky beach at the end of the street nearby, but we suggest that you use the 2 beach umbrellas and beach towels that are provided and go to either Spiaggia Punta Carrozza or Spiaggia del Minareto, both are ~10 min drive away. Communication with Andrea was good, and we appreciated his flexibility for our early check-in. Overall, highly recommended.

Great new house with everything you need, just a few minutes walk from a beautiful beach. Location was perfect to reach several Sicilian treasures (ortigia, cava grande, noto, vendicari) in no time. Vincenzo and his wife are lovely hosts, helpful, kind and accommodating. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this house for a week with 4 people and had a really good time there. We were working most days which worked very well because of all the different areas to sit. The location is very quite and close to the rocky coast. We enjoyed the hikes along the sea. Except for this, there isn’t much to do in walking distance. We recommend a car for sure. The communication with the hosts was extraordinary. They gave us recommendations and the checkout was flexible which was convenient for us.

I highly recommend this apartment in the heart of Ortigia, a stone's throw from the market and the island's main tourist attractions. The ancient theatre and archaeological area are a little further away, but still within walking distance. In the surrounding area, you can find popular restaurants of remarkable quality. The neighbourhood is entirely pedestrian, being an ancient Arab medina. The apartment is modern and functional, very cool and airy, with a large terrace without a vis-à-vis. Wi-Fi works perfectly, it is a very convenient base for exploring the city. The host is extremely responsive, reachable on WhatsApp and on the platform, for any urgent or non-urgent need.

We stayed at Armando's for two nights and had a great time. The location is quiet, in the Syracusan countryside, near the beautiful beaches Le Fontane Bianche, Ognina, Arenella etc. and a few kilometers from the beautiful but confusing Syracuse. The accommodation was perfectly clean and equipped with everything you need, small kitchen, fridge, comfortable bed, air conditioning, a small entrance with table, chairs and umbrella, clothes rack, etc. Armando was very kind and helpful and provided us with great advice. If the opportunity arises, we will definitely return to his accommodation.

Very clean and well-kept apartment! Luca made us find clean towels and especially plenty of coffee. I recommend it!

Really nice place with lots of space and a super cute cut/shape with a pretty rooftop. It was also very clean and greatly furnished with all the things for cooking etc. We had a great time and would happily come back!

The hosts were amazing with communication, the villa was more beautiful than the photos! the facilities were great. Avola and nearby Noto are beautiful places. We can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our time in Ortigia at Jessica’s apartment. It is situated in a lovely area, close to the seafront and lots of nice bars and restaurants. The double bed was also very comfortable. Shower pressure is a little low but I think that may be a general issue in Ortigia. Jessica was very responsive and helpful and left some helpful items in the kitchen like bottles of water, coffee capsules, oil, salt and pepper.

Great place to stay! Everything was clean and check in was super easy. Restaurants and city life are a walkable distance away. The sofa bed is maybe a bit too hard for people with a bad back but we as young guys managed it fine. Great value for money! Thank you Antonio!

My family, husband, grown up children and their partners had an unforgettable time at Lucia's apartment. Every thing was clean and the beds were so comfortable. The towels were soft and she had provided everything we needed; towels for the beach, mats to sunbathe on for the brilliant terrace, a coffee pod recycling gadget and shady umbrellas for the terrace. The very large TV had lots of streaming platforms and our musician enjoyed playing the piano and mandolin in this superbly elegant apartment. Lucia was very responsive and recommended a taxi driver to pick us up and take us back to the airport. This made life very easy for us.

Sara’s place in Ortigia was absolutely perfect. We had more than enough room for our group of seven adults. Everyone loved the location, the apartment and Ortigia as well. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed. The bathrooms were clean AND having a laundry machine was an added plus. I can’t say enough about how much we loved the place and it’s location. Last comment is the deck was great for early evening drinks and card games. Thank you for having us Sara. We highly recommend!!

Salvo, Paolo’s son was very helpful and welcoming. We met his father and all of the family. The garden and sea view location was fantastic, so relaxing, The accommodation had everything that you needed,

We had a wonderful stay in Claudio’s beautiful and elegant place. The location was perfect for exploring Noto. Claudio himself provided lots of excellent information (Ristorante Manna a real highlight) and was always extremely responsive. We very much hope to be able to stay again.

We spent two days in the accommodation of Damiano and his mother, Mrs. Ada welcomed us very well making us feel at home. The apartment is large, very clean and located in a very quiet area. The centre of Noto is easily reached and, as we were told by Damiano, in 15 minutes. Highly recommended.
