Monthly Rentals in Syracuse

We loved our 7 night stay at Carmelos, three of us stayed and we had a room each, double bed, sofa bed and single bed up a steep ladder on a small mezzanine floor. I didn’t need to pull out the sofa bed as it was big enough as it was and very comfy. The kitchen was user friendly . We felt very safe and comfortable. I’m glad we stayed there. We had a great stay at Chiara’s apartment. She was very helpful and gave lots recommendations for restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment was very clean and in a perfect location. It was quiet but still close to the centre. Would recommend to anyone staying in Ortigia/Syracuse.

Beautiful quiet apartment. Incredibly clean. Many extras such as tea, sugar, coffee etc; lots of pots and pans for cooking; extra toilet paper, shampoo, bathroom supplies (cotton swabs, makeup remover pads, etc). Loved the 80’s records and record player! Upstairs terrazzo was lovely, comfortable, and had an outdoor kitchen. Close to cafes, restaurants, shops, grocery store, and a few minutes to the outdoor market. Thanks for a great stay, Stefania!

We stayed 2 nights in this absolutely beautiful apartment. It has to be the most well kept building in ortegia. The terraces are huge and well equipped with stunning views. Next time we’ll definitely stay longer. Everything is quite literally on your doorstep here - supermarket, take away good, restaurants, bars etc. We parked at the large undercover parking lot which looks rather scruffy but is totally fine. Download the EasyPark app to make paying and topping up simple. It’s a drag to the apartment with bags but completely doable. We’re in our 60’s and managed fine. I highly recommend this apartment.
