Here you get close to nature with a short distance to both ski lifts, top tours and cross-country ski trails in winter, and mountain tours and swimming/fishing in summer. The cabin can also be a base for exploring the region, with a short distance to the Art Nouveau town of Ålesund, beautiful Geiranger or the bird mountain on Runde. This cabin is perfect for families or groups of up to 6 people. The cabin is located in a field at Strandafjellet ski resort. The cross-country ski trail goes right past the cabin. There is access to a nice tour with starting point in the cabin. It is a short distance to Stranda city center. There is also a short distance to Hellesylt and the start of Geirangerfjorden. Just a short distance to the Art Nouveau town of Ålesund. All the hiking opportunities in the Sunnmørsalpene are just a short drive away.

Cabin

A modern cabin with space for a small family (max 4). Large ceiling height and floor to ceiling windows make this cabin extra airy and nice. Nice hiking opportunities with the Sunnmørsalpene just outside the door. Famous peaks such as Saksa, Urkeegga and Slogen are just a short drive away. You arrive at the cabin with beds made and towels included in the rental price. Unfortunately, fur animals/animals are not allowed in the cabin due to strong allergies in the family.

Cabin at Fjellsætra in Sykkylven

Nice and simple cabin by Fantevatnet on Fjellsætra. Two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and a bunk bed. Nice patio outside, right by ski slopes in winter, very short distance to alpine facilities, and otherwise very nice hiking areas in both summer and winter. When there is snow, the road down to the cabin is not cleared. Then parking is at Nysetervegen and about 100 meters and walk down to the cabin
