The cabin has all amenities: a kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and good appliances, a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, and running water. Large terrace with dining area, coffee nook and fire pit, and a great view of Auseskjeret. Fishing and swimming in Nysætervatnet in summer. Ideally located for fantastic hikes, peak climbs and bike rides. Approximately 15 minutes to the grocery store. Perfect place for relaxing days and wonderful nature experiences.

The large floor to ceiling windows provide a fantastic panoramic view of the beautiful mountains that surround the boathouse. Something that invites peace and relaxation. The boathouse is located close to famous areas such as Trollstigen, Geiranger, Aalesund and Atlanterhavsvegen. In the immediate vicinity are the alpine facilities at Fjellsetra and Strandafjellet. Sunnmørsalpene is known for its fantastic hiking area in summer and winter.

Various outdoor toys for the family (kubb, darts, badminton..). Short distance to great mountain hikes and the lake. Walking distance to the lake where there is a nice beach with diving board. Water and electricity in both cabins (well - not drinking water). Simple outdoor shower on the back of the old cabin. Water toilet in the old cabin and combustion toilet in the new cabin. 5 min drive to stores.

You have the whole house to yourselves. Well suited for pets.
