Surrounded by nature close to town

We welcome guests into our home only 1km from Kalamunda Centre at the start of the Bibbulmun Track. Our self-contained upstairs suite comprises bedroom, bathroom, lounge, kitchenette and large private balcony with an uninterrupted view of our Regional Parkland. We have an acre of garden with a variety of native and exotic plants, which Linda will be pleased to show you around. There are several signed walks in the area, plenty of cafes and restaurants in town, wineries and orchards close by.

Vermillion Skies - listen to nature sing

Relax, unwind, take in the expansive views of Perth City and Swan Coastal Plain. The property is on the Swan View escarpment, giving sweeping westerly views and captures amazing Sunsets that turn the skies an amazing Vermillion Red. Next door to John Forrest National Park, and don't forget to check out the many hiking and heritage trails. Just a 12 minute drive to the Swan Valley Restaurants and Wineries, and Caversham Wildlife Park. Regrettably children under the age of 12 are not allowed.

Peaceful Hilltop Retreat

Escape to our cozy studio, a quiet hideaway set among the hills. Accessed via a gravel road, you will be surrounded by native trees and wildlife. With no WI-FI this retreat offers a genuine chance to slow down, switch off, and reconnect with nature. The retreat is located 50 minutes from Perth Airport. We live in the adjoining house on the property, so help is nearby if needed, while your accommodation remains private and self-contained. There is still 5G reception available at the suite.

Sorrento Beach Retreat

Welcome to our brand-new one bedroom self-contained guesthouse in the heart of Sorrento's Northern Beaches! 60sqm of self-contained space downstairs within a large coastal property, discover your private haven with standout features, including an alfresco kitchen, outdoor breakfast bar, day bed, swinging chair and comfy bed – all just steps away from a snorkelling trail at the end of the street. The house is less than 500m from the beach, ensuring a leisurely stroll to the sun and sand.

Suite No:2 -Perth Holiday Cottage

Best suited for short term stays. Suite 2 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No1 by same host.

PERTH, Mullaloo ON THE BEACH

Location location! You cant get much closer to the beach than this newly built modern home. Stay and experience the tranquil surrounds, with no thoroughfare traffic. Enjoy the oceans meditative vibe. Take a pleasant stroll down the path on to the famous Mullaloo (secrets) beach or take the path to the park with picnic and BBQ facilities. No need for a car here, everything is at your fingertips. Restaurants, cafes, tavern, coastal walking paths and close bus stop for venturing further out.

Birdsong- a tranquil holiday home in Perth

Our lovely 2 bedroom, air conditioned home comes with everything you will need for your stay in Perth. Situated in spacious grounds overlooking fields, Birdsong is a perfect blend of tranquility & convenience, only 5 minutes from Wanneroo town centre. Owners, Jane, Stuart, Mia and Chewie (dog) live on-site in the main house. Birdsong is an attached but separate and private dwelling with its own entrance. We are laid-back and easy going, and are happy to hang out or give you your space.

Magnolia Suite in Perth Hills for a getaway

Entire one bedroom apartment with a private bathroom, in the Perth Hills, only 15 minutes from the Airports. Close to wineries and restaurants in Kalamunda and the Bickley Valley, with the Perth CBD only 25 minutes away by car. Off street parking and a private entrance is provided on site. It best suits those with their own transport. Public transport is a short walk away for access to Perth and Kalamunda and a supermarket is a ten minute walk away.

It's a great location to explore, being just 20 minutes to the beach, or the Swan Valley wineries, or Perth Hills trails and art galleries. Golf clubs available on request. Come and enjoy!

Semi Detached Suite - Close to City

Your own very private area includes a beautiful Bedroom, Lounge with microwave, fridge and kettle and Bathroom all overlook the pool. This space is downstairs which is quite separate from the main house. Please note we live upstairs but all of downstairs area is yours except the laundry is shared.
