Holiday rentals with breakfast in Swan River

The Laneway Studio was perfect for our stay - in a great location and felt very much like home! The entrance, little lights and outside area were welcoming and cosy. It was lovely to have Galatis (shop/deli) just a short walk from the studio and to be close to lots of great cafes, bakeries etc. in the area and in South Freo. The studio is a good size and had everything we needed for our stay (including a washing machine which was really handy to have). Nicole always replied quickly to messages, she was super friendly and accommodating (e.g. allowing use of garage for parking car, agreeing to late check-out etc). I would 100% reccommend a stay in/around Wray Avenue and at the Laneway Studio.

Loved the area! H was an excellent host and very accommodating. The place is perfect for a couple or young family! Walking distance from Cafe's shops and the train line. 2 minute walk from the Woodbridge Hotel (one of my favourite pubs in Perth)

Beautiful home away from home. felt right at home instantly! Cosy yet spacious back yard and lovely surroundings for you to take your fur baby to! brang our dogs along for the stay and they loved every moment with us! so we are grateful for Dardi and Brett allowing us to bring the whole family :) thankyou both again!

Kecheng’s place is exactly what we needed for our family holiday. The house is well-equipped with all the necessities, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. It’s within walking distance to some excellent restaurants, perfect for enjoying local dining. A gas station is conveniently nearby for any needs. Plus, it’s just a 10-minute drive to Fremantle Market, a highlight of our trip. We had a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Lorna's Airbnb. The location was perfect for exploring, with easy access to attractions, freeways, and both local shops and Westfield. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the house itself was fantastic. Lorna was a great host, always quick to respond and offer helpful local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again!

A beautiful home, thoughtfully furnished for a family or a group to reside together. The swimming pool was great ! It's a nice place to relax, swim and chill. We were pleasantly surprised with a basket of fresh fruits in the house. The fridge and pantry was stocked up with the basic needs for our stay. Because of the fantastic accommodation we had a great holiday in Perth, Australia.

Jag and Sarah were fantastic hosts. Super responsive and flexible to our needs. We needed a home for a month and their beach haus was the perfect place to unwind. Fantastic location, never a dull moment watching the waves! Thank you both for your hospitality! ☺️

A fantastic little cosy retreat located in a quiet part of Fremantle. Fiona was supremely welcoming and hospitable, providing lots of little extras in the kitchen. Recommend to any couple or solo traveller wanting somewhere near Fremantle.

Really enjoyed our stay. Right next to bus stop and train station few mins walk away. Views from apartment of the sunsets were unreal. Kate was very helpful and quick to respond. There was Guide book of local food places and things to do in the area left in apartment which was helpful. Apartment was very clean and tidy.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was warm, cozy, and very clean — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Scarborough beach. The scenery along the coast is absolutely beautiful. It’s a peaceful area, but still convenient to local shops and restaurants. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy the charm of Scarborough!

Igor’s place was perfect for us to stay a week in Perth. It was close to family we were visiting, and quite centrally located to easily get to the CBD, the beach, nature reserve, and everything else we did while we stayed. The place was well stocked with comfortable linens, towels, and a well-equipped kitchen for us to use. Parking was helpful as was easy check-in and out. Igor was very responsive, helpful, and flexible for us — making our stay as smooth as possible!

Kate's place was amazing! I stayed with my family which there was a baby who almost 2 years and she lent us some books for baby. Kate recommended some places even restaurants in Perth. I highly recommend if you want to stay in Como, Perth. I will definitely back again!

We felt welcome and comfortable at Jan and Steve’s place. Jan is a lovely, warm host who was so understanding and accomodating at short notice. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and the included breakfast was a bonus. Thankyou for having us.

Easy going and a really comfortable stay. There were other guests there, but the way the place is set up made it pretty accommodating & she has a great spa... almost swimming pool size.

We stayed 6 nights after booking at short notice for a family funeral. At arrival we were greeted by a perfect selection of breakfast provisions plus a few little treats. The location was great for us to explore the area by car but we also walked into Fremantle. We cooked our own dinners, washed our clothes and had everything we needed. Off street parking was perfect for our hire car. The ducks in the yard where Trish lives were an added bonus! I highly recommend staying here.

An amazing alternative option in Perth that boasts a pool, bar area, pool table and cinema room! We would absolutely come back to stay in this homestay! Thanks guys

My stay here was well above what I expected and suited me perfectly. It was very clean which I loved. Also central , with the bus stop into the city a short stroll away. Michele communicated well and was there to great me. Will definitely stay again when I’m in Perth.
