Monthly Rentals in Swan Pond RIver

James made our stay extremely special! Although there was some sand when we came in, everything was at the house from spices to towels. The area is very nice and the house has many things to keep you occupied with games! Definitely recommend for a group of friends!!

River Run was exactly what we were looking for. Great location, super clean, quiet, fabulous setting on the river. Honestly didn't need to leave the house. My only suggestion would be light block curtains for the master bedroom. As a late sleeper it was a little startling at sunrise. Next time I'll bring a sleep mask. We will 100% be back!

My husband and I booked this place as our first vacation with our 6-month-old. Craig's house couldn't have been more perfect. The house was exactly as listed, spotlessly clean, and in the ideal central location in the Cape so we could easily nip out to visit Chatham, Harwich, Sandwich, Hyannis, etc. The house was well equipped for a baby - with eating utensils, a high chair, crib, black-out shades, and a quiet location for her to sleep just as well here as she does at home. There was a lovely supermarket nearby (Ring Bros) - ideal for popping out to grab what we needed, and cooking in the house was super easy with all the kitchen utensils & amenities we needed. Craig has been so friendly, and helpful - even letting us check-in a couple of hours early! We've already talked about going back to Craig's home again in 2025 - and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone thinking of staying in the Cape.

This place was perfect for a short stay on the Cape. Everything came as described on the listing. The beach was a short walk from the place, and it was a central location to get to other destinations on the cape. Courtney was super responsive and friendly - would stay here again!
