Holiday rentals with a patio in Svolvær

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in Lofoten! There were four of us and we felt immediately welcome. Solrun and Øyvind were incredibly friendly, helpful and always quick to respond – we really appreciated that. The house was cozy, well equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect – a super base for exploring the beautiful nature around. We couldn't have had it better, and we would highly recommend both the place and the host to anyone considering traveling here. Thank you very much – we will be happy to come back!

As we enjoyed in the apartment! Perfect location to be able to walk around Henningsvær and look at everything that is there! The view from the apartment was 10/10! Fitted us perfectly when we were a group of 5. Played games, cooked great food, and enjoyed the time we had there!🤩 Also got tips for top trip from the host and they responded quickly! This is one of my favorite AirBnbs ever. It is right by the water, walkable to everything you need in Svolvær—groceries, car rental, bars, restaurants, saunas, shops, cafes—and it was very peaceful. I spent my mornings in the enclosed back patio where you can see mountains towering over you (and sometimes a fat grey cat prowling around!). Sarah was a superb host-responsive, kind, and even left me a cold beer, which I needed after a long travel day. You probably can’t find a better place to stay in town.

Great location with privacy sea view available for ONLY us! During the summer we were able to view midnight sun. The house is cozy and modern. Even if just watching the sea from the living room will make you feel peace. There’s a short hike you can do just beside the house. It’s beautiful! There are bakery shop, museums nearby. Highly recommend if you want to have a private sea view with your loved one at Å town! Want to come back again:)

I can't recommend this property and location enough! Our stay in this home was perfect for our trip. The house allowed the extended family to spread out and not be on top of one another. Having two living rooms was wonderful. The kitchen was well equipped and we easily catered for ourselves the entire time we were there. The home was spotless and the view could not be beaten! I liked the quick beach access and so did my kid. This home was in the perfect location for our visit. It is right off the E10 and a short drive from the airport. It put us in the middle of the southern half of Lofoten. Everything was in easy driving distance from Ramberg since we wanted to do things in both directions on the E10. We couldn't have asked for a better location or home for our family holiday! Thank you so much Hege.

We loved Camilla’s home. It was spotless, well designed, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. Camilla responded quickly when there were questions and fave is a heads up that there was a holiday shortly after we arrived and that markets might be closed, so we were able to stock up before then. The views for this place were even better than the pictures can portray! There was a view outside of every window! The host was easy to communicate with and made it feel so welcome! This cabin feels like it's loved and part of a family. Such an incredible spot!

We felt super lucky to find this little gem in Lofoten. It was such a nice and cozy home with everything you would need to feel at home. We very much enjoyed the hammock, the garden outside and the possibility to relax after days of hiking on this beautiful, Northern peninsula. Calum and Simone was quick to respond and we immediately felt ourselves to be at home. Would definitely recommend and be happy to stay here again.

Rasmus’s cottage has a great location, is clean and tidy with a modern Nordic feel. A perfect place to experience Henningsvær and to use as a base to explore Lofoten! Highly recommend!

We felt very comfortable in this cozy and modernly furnished house. Since we in the Winter there we appreciated the carport attached directly to the house to get into the house dry at any time. It is centrally located in Lofoten, a supermarket is in the village, in the nearby Leknes there are many more shops. The hosts were always available and gave us tips for seeing the northern lights. This place can be booked without any worries. We sincerely hope to come back one day!

Within ~1 year, this place got 20 five-star reviews. The only reason it hasn't crossed 50 is: Sortland is less popular than mainland Lofoten. The place is not only handled with, but also designed with utmost care. Originally built in 1934, every corner of it carries a meaning that not even an unwatchful guest can ignore. There is family heritage, and there is just the right amount of it. That's where the comfort begins. Living room is smaller than its photos. But with modern furniture & a smart TV, you never run out of indulgence. Kitchen & barbecue hut are well-equipped with utensils and tools for all types of cooking. Bedrooms are comfy, and just right for the cosy cuddles. The grassy, lush outside with a private beach is kept free of bugs by hosts. You can't get enough of the hot tub under starry/green sky! The best part is the proactive hosts who promply fulfill all unmet needs. The house, with all its warmth, keeps luring you. A tough fight against luscious Lofoten!

Hanne & her family were really amazing hosts! This stay was the best we had in our entire Scandi trip, for what’s it worth, the beautiful location and having it as our little home base while exploring all of Lofoten was amazing. We also appreciate the chocolate treat they gave us & making our check-in seamless and smooth. We would 100% be back here next time for our visit to Lofoten!

Great base to explore Lofoten, cozy space to rest your feet after a big day exploring, was impressed with well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities which are needed when you’re on the move in changing conditions. Alex and Line are very responsive and gave easy instructions and cool recommendations.

Beate's accommodation is very spacious and comfortable. The weather did not allow us to do many activities around Leknes and we had to move away but being close to the city and amenities is very convenient. The stay was very relaxing. It's just perfect if you're looking for accommodation in the centre of Vestvågøya to be within reach of Eggum, Haukland, Unstad, Stamsund, Offersoykammen…

Very stylishly furnished apartment with views of the harbor entrance and the arrival of the Hurtigrut ships. Public sauna right next door, best restaurant of northern Norway about a 20-minute walk.

This is a great place to stay. Spacious, well equipped and centrally located. It has everything you need for a year round visit, and is really handy for public transport, shops and the town centre. Kjersti is a wonderful host - kind, friendly and very helpful. I will definitely look to stay here again.

Stayed on a whirlwind trip with my spouse and 17-year old son. We all loved the place and wished we could have stayed longer. Regardless of the weather or time of day, the views were amazing. The heated floors were a bonus! Thanks, Kirsti for the tour and detailed instructions.
