Holiday rentals with a patio in Svolvær

We stayed a week, and the location couldn’t be more picturesque. It is in an enclave of three buildings at the end of its own steep fjord, over 1 km inset from the one road connecting it to the rest of civilization. You really get a sense of the solitude that might be typical of so many homes in rural Lofoten or in Knut Hamsun literary works. Despite its isolation, the home – an ADU – had all modern conveniences working fairly well. Cell phone connection in certain weather conditions was sketchy on one or two occasions, but Internet was always strong. Kitchen appliances and climate control all worked well. Wood-burning stove heater had all the fuel you might want. Of course, visitors are very dependent on their car. The nearest shopping or tourist attractions, even gas/electric charge stations and convenience stores, are a 20-25 minute drive away. Finally, the hosts were completely accessible during our 1 week stay.

Everything we needed for 4 nights in the Lofoten Islands. Centrally located to explore the beautiful surroundings. The hosts are also extremely helpful and responsive. Would come back and stay here again 🙂

As we enjoyed in the apartment! Perfect location to be able to walk around Henningsvær and look at everything that is there! The view from the apartment was 10/10! Fitted us perfectly when we were a group of 5. Played games, cooked great food, and enjoyed the time we had there!🤩 Also got tips for top trip from the host and they responded quickly! This place is a real gem! It's super comfortable, peaceful and the view is wonderful. It was the perfect little paradise for my Lofoten adventure!

Great accommodation with fantastic views from the living room. The apartment is very modern and nothing is missing. Very clean! Flexible self check-in and quick access to the host are another plus. We would come back anytime.

Although it was stormy outside at night, the room was very cozy and comfortable. The sunrise in the morning was also great.

Perfect base for exploring Svolvær, super handy checking in after late night flight arrival and really close to grocery stores. Highly recommend!

I can't recommend this property and location enough! Our stay in this home was perfect for our trip. The house allowed the extended family to spread out and not be on top of one another. Having two living rooms was wonderful. The kitchen was well equipped and we easily catered for ourselves the entire time we were there. The home was spotless and the view could not be beaten! I liked the quick beach access and so did my kid. This home was in the perfect location for our visit. It is right off the E10 and a short drive from the airport. It put us in the middle of the southern half of Lofoten. Everything was in easy driving distance from Ramberg since we wanted to do things in both directions on the E10. We couldn't have asked for a better location or home for our family holiday! Thank you so much Hege.

We loved Camilla’s home. It was spotless, well designed, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. Camilla responded quickly when there were questions and fave is a heads up that there was a holiday shortly after we arrived and that markets might be closed, so we were able to stock up before then. The views for this place were even better than the pictures can portray! There was a view outside of every window! The host was easy to communicate with and made it feel so welcome! This cabin feels like it's loved and part of a family. Such an incredible spot!

Rasmus’s cottage has a great location, is clean and tidy with a modern Nordic feel. A perfect place to experience Henningsvær and to use as a base to explore Lofoten! Highly recommend!

We felt very comfortable in this cozy and modernly furnished house. Since we in the Winter there we appreciated the carport attached directly to the house to get into the house dry at any time. It is centrally located in Lofoten, a supermarket is in the village, in the nearby Leknes there are many more shops. The hosts were always available and gave us tips for seeing the northern lights. This place can be booked without any worries. We sincerely hope to come back one day!

Within ~1 year, this place got 20 five-star reviews. The only reason it hasn't crossed 50 is: Sortland is less popular than mainland Lofoten. The place is not only handled with, but also designed with utmost care. Originally built in 1934, every corner of it carries a meaning that not even an unwatchful guest can ignore. There is family heritage, and there is just the right amount of it. That's where the comfort begins. Living room is smaller than its photos. But with modern furniture & a smart TV, you never run out of indulgence. Kitchen & barbecue hut are well-equipped with utensils and tools for all types of cooking. Bedrooms are comfy, and just right for the cosy cuddles. The grassy, lush outside with a private beach is kept free of bugs by hosts. You can't get enough of the hot tub under starry/green sky! The best part is the proactive hosts who promply fulfill all unmet needs. The house, with all its warmth, keeps luring you. A tough fight against luscious Lofoten!

Out Lofoten was an amazing way to experience the islands as a big group. Front to back, it was easy to check in, cook in the fully equipped kitchen, sleep in the comfortable bedrooms, get everyone situated, hike from Myrland as a starting point and more. When we briefly had complications in the house, Regine was quick to respond and offer solutions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Hanne & her family were really amazing hosts! This stay was the best we had in our entire Scandi trip, for what’s it worth, the beautiful location and having it as our little home base while exploring all of Lofoten was amazing. We also appreciate the chocolate treat they gave us & making our check-in seamless and smooth. We would 100% be back here next time for our visit to Lofoten!

Great base to explore Lofoten, cozy space to rest your feet after a big day exploring, was impressed with well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities which are needed when you’re on the move in changing conditions. Alex and Line are very responsive and gave easy instructions and cool recommendations.

Beate's accommodation is very spacious and comfortable. The weather did not allow us to do many activities around Leknes and we had to move away but being close to the city and amenities is very convenient. The stay was very relaxing. It's just perfect if you're looking for accommodation in the centre of Vestvågøya to be within reach of Eggum, Haukland, Unstad, Stamsund, Offersoykammen…

Very stylishly furnished apartment with views of the harbor entrance and the arrival of the Hurtigrut ships. Public sauna right next door, best restaurant of northern Norway about a 20-minute walk.

This is a great place to stay. Spacious, well equipped and centrally located. It has everything you need for a year round visit, and is really handy for public transport, shops and the town centre. Kjersti is a wonderful host - kind, friendly and very helpful. I will definitely look to stay here again.

Stayed on a whirlwind trip with my spouse and 17-year old son. We all loved the place and wished we could have stayed longer. Regardless of the weather or time of day, the views were amazing. The heated floors were a bonus! Thanks, Kirsti for the tour and detailed instructions.
