Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Svitavy District

It was our second time here. Very nice and clean space, great is a small garden behind the house and the ability to take a dog. Thanks, we'd love to do it again.

Really beautiful and cosy place where you can just turn off and relax. The kitchen is fully equipped and suitable even for longer stays. We had a great time and Kuba is a great host overall. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back again!

My friends and I spent a weekend at this cottage and were excited😊. Everything was perfect – the cottage was cozy, clean and fully equipped, we didn't miss anything. Mr. Martin was very kind and helpful, communicating with him was absolutely seamless and always accommodating. We had a great stay and would love to come back in the future. Comfortable place to stay, and a little quirky which we always enjoy. We were able to get an overnight wash done & cook our own meals. The town is pretty & although a centre square is a short walk away the accommodation is quiet with no disturbing street noise.

The hosts were both incredibly kind and accommodating. In time, we received all the information, including tips for nearby getaways, the check-in time was very flexible, and there was plenty of time to make sure you didn't have to get up at 6pm. The cottage was beautifully clean, cozy, well-equipped. The only thing that surprised us was the price of energy paid outside the price of the cottage. But otherwise completely satisfied, we definitely recommend. :)

Very nice and modern apartment. A pan for frying is missing, but otherwise everything you need for a longer stay is there. I'll book this again when I'm around.

Apartment not far from the center

This place can't be described, it needs to be experienced. The house owns two in the best sense of the word fool, husbands who try to put it together and hopefully rent a stylishly furnished apartment on the first floor. The historic facility is here from an emergency, the money for the renovation was sooner than they expected, but it's great it's not a museum. Everything from old furniture to an honest cast-iron bathtub is normally used here, which is simply appreciated by anyone who likes old houses. In addition, Oskar Schindler "entertained" Nazis in person. You can't forget the fantastic hospitality of the owners. They had a working beep in the pub / warehouse on the ground floor, and they didn't spare the beer-just like a warm dinner. We had a meeting of two old friends, and finally, there are only two things to say: If you continue to offer the apartment, we will meet again in time. And thanks so much ;-)

Nice place. Was there for only one night for work event

Arranging with a friendly and flexible owner, from start to finish, very pleasant and relaxed. The whole process of checking in and executing the entire apartment that breathes home, right in the middle of the city, was quick and packed with all the necessary information. The apartment looked exactly like the photos, clean and cozy. Thanks to great tips from the owner, we quickly got our bearings in Litomyšli. Thank you very much.

I absolutely loved Jan’s place! It’s extremely stylish, cozy, and surprisingly spacious. The location is perfect, and the thoughtful touches—like the fun books and games—made my stay even better. Highly recommend!

Within walking distance of the historic city center and the swimming pool. The road noise was no longer very close to the 4th floor. Balcony to the east - sun in the morning, in the afternoon in a pleasant shade. Workbench. Possibility to park in place.
