The apartment is located in the peaceful and attractive neighborhood of Černá Pole, just 5 minutes by tram or a pleasant 15-minute walk from the city center. Rental of a fully equipped 1-bedroom apartment (2+kk) in the center of Brno with a luxurious view, garage parking, and a 20 m2 terrace, including an elevator directly from the garage. The air-conditioned apartment consists of 1 bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a kettle, and 1 bathroom with a bidet and slippers. The modern, designer room for 1 to 2 people has an area of 24–35 m2. The room includes a luxurious King Koil super king size bed with a high mattress. The room has a tea and coffee corner with a kettle, a minibar including our own products from the EFI Brewery and a premium Espresso La Piccola lever coffee machine. The room is equipped with a desk with a chair and a comfortable armchair. The room has a Smart TV, free WiFi and air conditioning. The room also has underfloor heating.

Quiet apartment in Brno

Nice and furnished apartment of 22 m2 with kitchenette and bathroom. It is located in the wider center of Brno (about 10 minutes walk from Moravské náměstí.) The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The kitchen has a large fridge-freezer, a hob and a microwave. There is air conditioning, TV, wardrobe, chairs and a table. Parking is free in the building (small and medium-sized vehicles can easily pass through the courtyard). There are prepaid Netflix and TV Watching apps.
