The apartment is located in the attic of a renovated farmhouse, located in the village of Telece in the area of Žďárské hills in the National Park. They offer accommodations for families and friends. There is a communal room, a kitchenette, three bedrooms, two of which are equipped with double beds and one single bed. Each bedroom comes with a closet, a comfortable chair, and a sink with a mirror. One includes a couch with an extra bed. The farmhouse is surrounded by a garden with a large fruit orchard and lush logs.

Its advantage is solitude and at the same time easy access by car or bus, just 3km from the town of Polička. It is suitable for a quiet holiday of parents or grandparents with children, or for a group of cyclists. A large space around the cottage could be an advantage for dog owners and their pets.
