The first floor consists of a kitchen , dining room, living room and bathroom with washing machine. On the second floor there are two rooms with a double bed and a separate bathroom. The house has multiple terraces: private adjacent to the house overlooking the city and river, and a spacious central terrace with a barbecue.

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 60 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.
