Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Sveti Vlas

The apartment is located in a hotel complex on the third floor, it has an elevator. A balcony above the pool, a kitchen,two air conditioners,a shower, a bedroom and a living room,good WiFi that you can also catch at the pool. There are two clean pools in the complex with enough loungers and a playground for young children. In the surrounding area there are free parking spaces around the streets. The complex has its own restaurant,supermarket and security at the entrance to the complex.Carefour market,pharmacy, doctor,bakery,restaurants at 5min.The complex is on the main street of the Sun Hill ,20-30min walk to the central action in SB. We are a family with three small children(10,6,3) and in the apartment it was like home for us, we stayed for two weeks. We recommend this listing.

Wonderful stay at Lubo's flat! Well-equipped kitchen and flat - had everything we needed and more... Beautiful view of the sea - perfect to have dinner on the balcony and enjoy the sunset :-)

Very good communication with the host. The cleanliness was not perfect. Windows and mirrors were missing, as well as dish soap and toilet paper. However, after reporting the issue, the host was trying to resolve the issue. Overall, the price-quality ratio was ok

The appartement is close to the beach, an using the pool of the Barcélo is included in the price, so we went swimming every day wherever we wanted. Fantastic.

The place is very spacious with high ceilings. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is a pool and fitness in the complex which is very convenient and it's free of charge. There is a paid parking lot nearby. Stanimir was a great host.

Had a nice relaxing time. Perfect for families. Beach is walkable distance and the are many pools and chairs in the appartment complex. Complex feels very safe and secure. There is a market on site for last minute items as well as a full restaurant. Air conditioning works great and host is very responsive.

Very hospitable hosts! We were met on their own initiative at the bus station, for which we are grateful))) the apartments are excellent, Wi-Fi is very fast. We recommended several interesting places, suggested where the amusement park for children is located, where the best beaches are. The experience of the trip was the best.

The house is in a great location, easy to get to the beach and the town of Sozopol. Our family had a great time!

A lovely place with gorgeous views from the pool. In a nice area with lots of places to eat and beaches in close proximity.

We had a great time and will be back. The location was great, steps away from a small beach.The place was spacious, private, clean, quiet and we enjoyed the amenities. We were grateful to have A/C and a kitchen. Our hosts were really nice, proactive, super helpful, very flexible and gave us good recommendations. Definitely recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at Nika’s place! A super responsive and flexible host, Nika stayed up late to check us in after our flight was a bit delayed, and really helped us book some taxis for sightseeing too. The apartment itself is beautiful, and it is so close to the beach! It had all amenities we might possibly need and more, and we can’t wait to come back soon.

We want to thank Tatiana for possibility to stay at her place. We spent a fantastic week in an apartment with almost private swimming pool which is almost at your terrace. Communication was perfect, even there was a small misunderstanding with cleaning, but it proved how honest person she is. We arrived very, very early – received a key before cleaning and we received a return as we cleaned by ourselves. It was the first time we finally paid less… In other places we sometimes had to pay more, payments which were not informed to us before arrival. The place itself is very quiet, however there is a restaurant with live music etc.. It is located 1.5 km from the village with shops, etc. The distance to the sea is 8 km. Konrad

Clean and comfortable apartment exactly as described by Stefan. The host was friendly and approachable and resolved our minor issue very promptly. The South Beach is worthwhile visiting and is within walking distance from the apartment. There is suffient street parking in the cul de sac. The bus stop behind the flat will take you directly to Old Nessebar very cheaply. Delightful place to stay!

Wonderful. The apartment is completely new in a new building, just a 5-minute walk from the beach and 5 minutes from local shop and 15-20 minutes from the center, where there are all the cafes and restaurants and the shopping mall. The apartment has everything you need: new dishes, coffee machine, and the possibility to cook at home. There is an iron and ironing board, a drying board, a hairdryer, towels, and a washing machine. The apartment has air conditioning. It’s in a quiet place away from noise. There is also a bus stop nearby that makes it easy and quick to get to the center of Burgas. It was quiet at home in the evenings. The hosts were very kind and helpful. They took my requests into account, picked me up from the airport, and took me back to the airport. When I arrived, everything was organized. I am very grateful to Yulia, especially for helping me find everything, where to buy, and where to eat deliciously. I highly recommend it

We really enjoyed our stay in Florence’s apartment. It’s as pictured, well equipped with a comfy bed and good water pressure in the shower. It doesn’t face the pool which make it quieter with greater privacy on the terrace. The complex itself is a little tired but absolutely fine. The pool, gym and spa were great and the staff we interacted with were helpful and friendly. We didn’t go to any of the restaurants but the pool bar and grill were good.
