The amazing location of the studio opens a view from the terrace to the forest and cascade pool, within walking distance (about 5 minutes) from Kavatsi Beach. The complex has wonderful landscaping and provides guests with access to 4 outdoor swimming pools, sports and playgrounds, shops, restaurants, animation. Next to the complex is a bus stop.

Santa Marina is located 2 km north of Sozopol Old Town, surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful sea views. Guests can enjoy the beach, swimming pools, kids’ areas, restaurants, supermarkets, electric shuttle transport within the complex, and many more amenities. Open year-round. Seasonal facilities (incl. heated jacuzzi) gradually open from 1 May (weather-dependent), fully operational 1 June – 1 October. Parking free until 30 May; from 1 June spaces can be rented through us or the complex.

The living room/kitchen area features a pull out sofa comfortably sleeping two people (160 cm X 200 cm). A full bathroom with a shower stall, a corridor / walk-in area and a balcony with garden furniture - a table and 2 chairs.
