Beachfront holiday rental in Sveti Vlas

we lived in apartment 10 with a wonderful view of the sea and a beautifully manicured park. A balcony with a clothes dryer, chairs, and a stool was an added bonus. I think the house is the best located home in the area. Quiet yet close to the main street with restaurants. in the park benches and gym.

Our flights have been rescheduled so we had to start with some questions. Mario was very accessible and particularly helpful both in advance and during the stay. The place is very well equipped so we didn't miss anything. The sofa bed is also comfortable enough to sleep on it for two weeks. The complex is on the edge of the converted promenade, but good and cheap beach with lifeguards, lie and fresh water right outside the door. Beach bars with drinks and food are also nearby. Summary: apartment, location and beach good. The city is rather small and quiet, but well suited for us with small and middle children.

Location was great ,few steps from the sea . Accommodation also great , well-equipped kitchen, washing machine , private backyard. Just one minus, there was no air conditioning in the room on the 3rd floor but otherwise everything is OK. I can only recommend.

It was a great experience! I highly recommend the place! People were very friendly and genuinely helpful with me, I haven’t had any problem since my arrival and it will be a great pleasure to visit the place again. Joanna's apartment is defintely the most well equipped airnnb we have ever stayed in, which makes it ideal especially if your are travelling with children. The Etara complex is very nice with beautiful gardens and tradițional bulgarian architecture. One of the pools was just în front of the apartment but we prefered going to the beach which is also very close ( a few minutes walking diatance) and beautiful. The communication was great and Joanna was very helpful with everything. Overall, we had a great stay and the accomodation was perfect for us.

Great accommodation complex on the border of Nessebar and Ravda! Beautiful place and small apartment offering the necessary amenities to make you feel at home! The atmosphere created by Katerina, the official hostess of this apartment, is something she can't help but impress. Colorful, cozy, with walls dotted with pictures and paintings... It's like you're walking in and someone starts telling you a story! It was a very nice week break for our family of three! I'm glad we picked the right place!

The room was in the first body next to the gate at the entrance to the 2nd floor, overlooking exactly the entrance to the hotel, everything ok functional, Bernadetta always answered me back to any question I had, everything ok and beautiful in the end! Too bad the weather didn't keep with us halfway through sept, but overall everything ok! Access to the beach f close, you can get out to the beach directly from the big pool overlooking the sea! We had a very welcoming and cozy feeling from Paola's housing and communication, even though we didn't meet her. About the apartment's amenities, I can't think of anything I can miss across from my home. She even got us a potty after asking! :) We searched a little, but that was the case. We didn't have time to read Paola's messages in time, otherwise it would have been warm. We traveled with a little bit, and Paola made us a drivejs check-in. After a long trip, we really appreciated it. We had a great time, thank you Paolo!

Great stay- easy access in the Hotel Iris- keys were at reception. Nice pool and balcony to relax in the evening. Really handy to have the beach close by great location. A little tricky to have the shower and WC together but it’s ok.

Good location, close to the center and close to the sea. There is a shop nearby. A little headlined from the road, but rest does not interfere. Having two bathrooms is a big bonus! The kitchen is fully equipped - fridge, freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher and washing machine. Clean bedding and towels. The place was very clean when we arrived. Thank you for a nice stay.

Did stay here for ~10 days in august. Easy and comfortable check-in without day time limits. Apartment is nice and well equipped with everything you need for long stay. Comfortable location with a number of pools of all kinds in the neighbourhood. Car free territory makes it peaceful, cousy and safe for kids. Sea is nice with a great beach not so far, which was not too overcrowded in the august. I would stay here again.

Nice apartment nice place I recommend

Definitely worth the money! The home owners as well as the local agent were happy to assist us with everything. The view from the balcony is out of this world + has a private entrance to the beach which is a rocky one but the entrance into the sea was relatively easy and there are also no rocks when you go further into the sea.

We spent a week with my man in Yuri's apartment, the apartment is nice and has everything one needs for a short vacation (except a grater in the kitchen :). We loved the place. It's really right by the beach, we were there in 2 minutes. We watched the sea from the balcony and listened to it all night while sleeping. The assistant Jurie Elfried worked out the check-in with us, who we unfortunately did not sit with. She lives in Burgas, and since we didn't want to drive her to Burgas on departure for 70 Leva, she didn't even come and we gave the key to her assistant on site.

Very good communication. The appartment was bigger than expected very clean. A good location for restaurants and the beach. Facilities in the appartment met all our needs. The children loved the playroom. Would definitely recommend

We had a wonderful stay at Georgi’s Nessebar home. The location is stunning - just a few meters from the sea front and located on a small cobblestone streets with an endless option of restaurants and cafes. Georgi also helped us find the home by meeting us at the front gate of the old town and showing us where to park and gave us a personal tour of the home. There is a charming garden and patio in the front of the home filled with flowers and beautiful plants. The home is spacious with abundant light, and many personal touches, artwork and charm. It’s one of the most delightful and unique Airbnb’s. I’ve ever stayed in. And Georgi was an exceptional host! 5-stars all around.
