Newly-built house (2016) located right next to the water. 40 sqm+20 sqm loft and a 12-sqm glass-enclosed room (not winter-insulated) The house is very bright and fresh, and has an incredible view. There is one bedroom with a double bed, and bathroom with shower and washing machine. There is a sleeping loft with 3 x 90-cm beds. There is a possibility to borrow a child's cot. 10 km from Karlskoga city center, where there are restaurants and shops. Nearest grocery store, 4 km In the living room/kitchen you can enjoy the view but also enjoy sitting in front of the woodstove

Large terrace with its own barbecue. 4 km to Karlstad & 2.5 km to Kristinehamn. Wood & cleaning is included in the price. Op 10 min rijden is een groot zandstrand en op 15 min rijden een supermarkt en restaurant. Prijs is inclusief gebruik van onze sauna, vuurplaats en BBQ. De hottub is tegen betaling 500 SEK. Ook hebben we fietsen en sups te leen In onze kas hebben we een basic kookstel en koelkast en tafel om te eten. Ontbijt of diner is mogelijk tegen betaling.

Warm welcome to Spelbo! The house is located by Lake Norrmogen. The lake to the south and the vast forest to the north. Sleeping arrangements on the upper floor: a double bed. Free access to the wood-fired sauna. In Ramsberg (9 km) there is a popular unmanned grocery store! I hope you enjoy your stay in this simple and peaceful place! (Outdoor heating: only in the charcoal grill a few metres from the house, no heating on the terrace)
