I stayed here with some girlfriends for my 40th birthday and it was the perfect getaway for a girls weekend! The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. Linens and beds were cute, cozy, and so comfortable. The whole cabin was so cute and met our needs really well. We had a few questions throughout our stay and Ashley was very quick to respond which we appreciated. We loved getting to use the fire pit and enjoyed several walks around the property as well as sitting by the pond. I would definitely recommend Ashley’s to anyone looking for a country getaway that’s also close to Lincoln. I would definitely stay again!

This was the perfect place to stay for 2 couples to arrive for an early morning (6 a.m.) viewing of Sandhill Cranes at Rowe Sanctuary. The place is quiet with two comfortable bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. It was more than spotlessly clean - it shone with careful maintenance. The heavily used Union Pacific rail main line is only 2 blocks away, but the whistle sounds were not disturbing and welded rail means that there is no clickety-clack. The sleeping was fine. An altogether wonderful place to stay.

The perfect place for a low- key getaway. The outdoor space was great for adults, kids, and in between. It was peaceful, but also so fun!

TJ and Michelle’s loft is the perfect place for a weekend visit to York. Peaceful and relaxing with many special touches. The loft is next to the university making it so convenient to get out and walk.

We came to see the cranes, and the cabin was only 5 minutes from the Plautz Crane Viewing Platform, so we chose it for the location. But also my family liked the property (it was an under-10-minute walk to one of the Platte channels), the front porch, the television, the well-stocked kitchen, the separate bedrooms, and the gas stove in the living area. Cranes flew directly over the cabin in the morning. We are breakfast at the cabin and used the Keurig coffee maker and supplied coffee. Drove into Kearney for dinner.

Enjoyed the back yard with large table to sit around and get caught up with family.

We highly recommend Linda’s place. Beautifully decorated with lots of special touches and everything we needed for a great stay. We felt immediately at home furniture was comfortable, and the bed was super comfortable too and great quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to activities and restaurants. wonderful communication with host. We will definitely stay here again and recommend anyone in the area. Thanks again Linda for letting us stay at your beautiful home!

Juana was very easy to communicate with and her place was very comfortable, welcoming and I felt safe. I was able to get comfortable and cozy quickly- which is so nice when you are traveling! It was very easy to get my pets inside. I would stay here again! I got dinner from sticky rice and it was very delightful. All around a great experience!
