Monthly Rentals in Sutliff

We were so comfortable in Olivia's space. There were so many books to look at. She thoughtfully had snacks and a few eggs, making our morning so pleasant. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this Airbnb for 3 months while in Cedar Rapids for work. I felt very safe here. The space was very well stocked with everything I needed for my stay. The bed is so comfortable!! Tim and Richard are extremely friendly and were very responsive whenever I needed anything. 10/10 recommend staying at this Airbnb.

We showed up at the perfect time and ran into the previous owner of the property who was stopping by on his way home. He talked with us and educated us on some history behind it. Volunteers care for some birds at this location with the county conservation and were kind enough to let us see them. Upon our arrival we were taken back by the amount of space. The peace and quiet. The pictures don’t compare to the real deal. It is all beautiful and will sleep 8 people comfortably if you don’t mind an air mattress or pull out couch. Both of those items were provided by the host. I would recommend this location for any get together

Cozy and peaceful place that could comfortably sleep three. (I was by myself but it has queen bed and a hideaway bed.) Nice deck with a large table and a view of the rolling hills. Lots of little amenities. Quiet except for the lovely bird chatter. Close to parks and walking trails. Will stay again if I have the chance!
