You will have an equipped kitchen, sitting area, mezzanine sleeping area and large wooden terrace. The entrance is on the street side by an interior staircase.

Welcome to our small studio (ground floor) located at the entrance to the Gulf of Morbihan, 15 minutes from the beaches, 10 minutes from Vannes. The studio (1 km from the shops) consists of a kitchen area on the ground floor, a shower in a 10 m² space, upstairs a 13 m² bedroom with a shabby chic cocooning atmosphere with a double bed, a wardrobe. We have transformed this former stable into a charming duplex of character. In the heart of the village, you will have access to all shops on foot (bakery, butcher, shopping center, restaurants...) Only a 10-minute drive from the beaches of Damgan and Sarzeau (Penvins, Suscinio,...) and 20 minutes from the center of Vannes and its port and pedestrian streets.

This place has a decidedly unique style. All linen is provided (sheets, towels and tea towels). You will find a dishwasher, a washer-dryer, a refrigerator and freezer, an induction hob, a multifunction oven, a microwave oven, a TV and of course internet.
