The open plan living room is spacious but cosy and has a stylish mix of antique and modern furniture plus a wood burner for cooler evenings. The whole house is on one level and has been designed to be accessible. We're close to Norwich and the Broads, with the coast only 20 mins away. There is a regular bus service into Norwich from outside the gate, so no need to have a car. Note: not suitable for children under 12.

Rustic Shepherd's hut set in its own 5 acre field. Very child and dog friendly, all welcome! The Tiny House is well insulated and with its wood burning stove is lovely and toasty during winter months. Unlimited wood available. The bathroom is located directly behind the hut, where there is a shower and a composting toilet. This is attended to daily. Rural and peaceful location but also situated close to many amenities, including delightful pubs and restaurants.
