** IN RESPONSE TO THE LAST REVIEW BY ANASTASIA, ALL FURNITURE HAD BEEN UPGRADED IN THE APARTMENT AND ALL CORRECTIONS BEEN MADE** This beautiful apartment is just 300 meters to the beautiful Bang Tao & Surin beaches and just a short walk to Surin village. The condo comes with an amazing rooftop swimming pool, restaurant and bar, along with an excellent gym facility. It is central to all local facilities, such as bars, massage spas and restaurants. Our 5 bedroom villa (500m2 interior) is surrounded by a large oriental garden with a huge 33m common swimming pool and access to your own massage room. 2 large suites and 2 guestrooms have bathrooms ensuite, 1 bedroom has a half bathroom. Surin Beach is a 7 minute walk and close by are the famous beach clubs like Catch Beach Club, Lazy Coconut, The Beach, Cafe del Mar and top restaurants Kaleido, Suay Cherng Talay, Catch, Little Paris, Carpe Diem.
