Alex place was great! Was just what we needed prior to our cruise. Was close to the port, and the pool and outside area was perfect. Would definitely stay again!

The house was clean, pretty and welcoming. Just what we were looking for. Wifi and amenities were great. House was spacious, furniture was modern and everything was nice and clean. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I highly recommend to book with Erika, I never experienced such a well host that goes beyond for her guest that stay in her house. I felt very supported during my stay. And Erika was amazing with serving us in the best way as possible. I would definitely book again and refer people to this location.

Host was very kind, responsive, and attentive . The place is very charming and lovely, just as pictured. Quiet, peaceful and inside a nice neighborhood. 10 mins off of I-95 which was great for us to get to other places quick. The place had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

El alojamiento es tal como se promociona. Muy comodo y limpio. Tiene un patio muy amplio. el parqueo es cómodo. Esta muy cerca del Hard rock stadium. Hay gasolineras y sitios para hacer compras rápidas muy cerca. 100% recomendado. Jessica siempre estuvo atenta y sus instrucciones fueron claras. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Excellent value. Would definitely stay again. Well equipped kitchen. No traffic noise on quiet street. Davie is between the two approach paths for FLL, but planes are landing and so not noisy Beds are a little firm for me, but that is a personal preference. My wife and buddy liked them.

I was impressed as to how quickly she responded to any issues (There was only one).We had a small issue with a wall A/C unit and it was repaired in a timely manner. I would stay at this location in the future. All of our needs were met. Thanks!!

I had such a lovely time staying at this property. Really accommodating and responsive hosts, they provided detailed instructions regarding check in and answered my queries promptly. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures and felt so homely. It is also nearby a mall and food places which was always handy! I’d definitely stay here again when I’m next in Florida.

The place was clean. The hosts were very accommodating. The neighborhood is very beautiful and quiet, but walkable to everything. It was a real pleasure staying here. There was a furnished private patio for our unit in the back with a grill. There are a set of fields nearby where my kids could play, soccer and run around.

Unterkunft in Top Lage zum Strand und Ocean Drive. Alles was man braucht ist in der Nähe. Gerne wieder.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung! Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber, ordentlich und modern. ☺️

The place was amazing—super clean, in a great location, and very quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. We really enjoyed our time there. The only small suggestion would be to add a little coffee table in front of the couch. It would make it easier to place drinks and avoid the worry of spilling anything. Wat een heerlijke accomodatie! We voelden ons gelijk thuis. Hele fijne gastheren hebben ons ook gelijk welkom laten voelen. Heerlijke douche. Een heerlijke (gezamenlijke) tuin en zwembad. Een echte aanbeveling.

Hillary excelente anfitriona y el apartamento es muy cómodo, organizado y limpio. Solo recomendaría ser muchísimo más claro en el ingreso al sitio. Probablemente a la gente joven que manejamos tecnología se haga fácil el ingreso, de pronto personas mayores no lo puedan hacer tan fácil. Ejemplo : Tablero interno del acceso al apartamento.

The apartment is exactly as described. This is a tremendous place to relax, recover and enjoy the sunny isles of Florida. Fernando and team were incredibly gracious and responsive. Would definitely stay there again (hopefully very soon)

We recently stayed at this lovely apartment in Sunny Isles, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The clean, modern, and thoughtfully decorated space creates a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The large windows let in tons of natural light, making the apartment bright and airy. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, local restaurants, and convenience stores, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, quickly addressing any questions I had and offering great recommendations for places to visit in the area. The kitchen was well-equipped, and having a washer and dryer in the apartment was a major plus. The building also offered secure parking, which was a bonus in this area. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Sunny Isles. I’m already looking forward to coming back!
