Beachfront holiday rental in Surfside Beach

This place is great. 27th floor great views, very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Around 1000 Sq feet of living space. It was my wife and 4 year old and we had plenty of space. Look forward to staying again the hotel gym, pools, beach and vibe is first class.

From the moment we checked in it was a great experience. The building was clean and felt secure with consistent security on premise and added security with wristband access to go to correct floor. The beach service was great as well. All of the employees were fantastic. The unit was spotless and the views were breath taking. I would stay again in this unit again in a heartbeat.

Fiona never disappoints. She really goes out of her way to make sure I’m comfortable and can relax during my trip. Her place is always a great stay. If it’s available, I definitely recommend booking it.

Our second time staying here, we love it. The place is so spacious, modern, has everything you need, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer. It’s perfect ! Iris is great, very responsive and accommodated all our needs. We are very happy and grateful!

We stayed for 3 nights. check in was easy, front desk very professional and comfortable with airbnb guests. Easy to use the pool area the gym and all of the things the building offers. the apartmant has an amazing wiew and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. place was clean our host Martha was fantastic with super quick straight forward responses. We reserved two units owned by Paula in this building and both were exceptional. The place was perfectly clean when we arrived, and had everything we needed as described. The balconies are huge and have beautiful views of the waterway and Bal Harbour skyline. In the evening, the water is lit up near the building with green lights bringing fish to the area. One night we saw a pod of dolphins swimming around in the water breaching. The unit is a 10-15 leisurely walk to the beach via 96th street. Pura Vida is an excellent place for breakfast / dinner, about 1 min walk down the road. There are exceptional restaurants, close by in the Bal Harbour shops, along Harding Avenue and on 96 street before the causeway, as well as a pharmacy and Publix grocery store. Everything is within walking distance. It's a superb area. Paula send great instruction in advance and everything is as she described. She is also very responsive to any questions. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and comfortable! The bed was great. The service at the hotel was excellent. The view was beautiful and the beach was very easy to access. Lots to do at the resort and around town.

I just returned from an unforgettable trip to Miami, and I have to say, the place I stayed in was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I knew this apartment was something special. The panoramic views were absolutely breathtaking, offering an unobstructed view of both the ocean and the city skyline. Waking up every morning to that incredible sunrise over the water was truly magical. The apartment itself was a perfect blend of style and comfort. It was spacious, modern, and filled with light, thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows. The interior was beautifully designed, with every detail carefully thought out to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it a joy to prepare meals while enjoying the view. The living room was cozy yet luxurious, and I spent hours just relaxing, taking in the incredible surroundings. The location was perfect too, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife.

Perfect place :) stayed for work trip loved the ocean view so relaxing to hear at night and close walk to pool and beach very convenient! Plenty of towels, blankets , pillows, comfy bed, blinds blocked out sun, kitchen worked perfect had pots and pans utensils, blender, plenty space in apartment ! Overall loved staying here and AMAZING communication with host made me feel secure and know what to do when checking in and getting key fob , was PERFECT would love to stay here again with my family next time !

Really loved this staying at Yana’s place . I will definitely recommend it to others and will always check its availability for anytime I’m planning a trip to south Florida. Located close to everything’s I especially loved how peaceful it was and all the easy walking to fun breakfast spots, the beach, and Publix. Yana was always very responsive when I reached out for questions. It was a tad difficult getting in at first but I think had I received the instructions prior to my arrival things would’ve made more sense. I received the message after I received the keys. Looking forward to coming back!

My husband and I had an amazing stay. The suite was exactly as pictured and the location was perfect. The resort has everything you can imagine so if you didn’t want to leave, you really don’t have to. Just up the street from South Beach and a quick ride to Wynnwood and Brickell. Will definitely be back!

Amazing place! The view from the condo is incredible, unlike anything else. The condo is very spacious and well equipped. Easy check-in and check-out process. Aventura Mall is a short drive from the spot. Overall, great experience!

Great place, super clean walking in and the check in process was easy. The beach view was beautiful and quiet most of the trip.

I loved EVERYTHING about Claire’s unit with the minor exception of the building’s infrastructural issues (1 of 2 elevators were broken) which is absolutely not Claire’s fault - if both elevators were broken I would have rated it 4/5 because the wait for a 12 story building with 1/2 working elevators isn’t long. As someone who has lived in Miami-dade for 2 years dealing with breaking elevators is something to be expected so do not let one broken elevator which could happen very easily in any other building deter you! Perfect unit 5/5 The building’s valet staff is incredibly friendly, the long term-residents are kind, everything is walkable and Citibike is one block away, a lot of downtown Surfside is closed friday-Saturday evenings for Shabbat so keep that in mind but the necessities are open! It is perfect if you are trying to take it EASY and not deal with beach Vegas aka south beach. If you are trying to party do yourself and the community a favor and go to sobe instead

Perfect spot for my husband and I. It was right across from the ocean. The space is small but perfect for 2! Great pizza place down the street! It was clean and comfy. Definitely recommended! The chairs he provided were a great touch for the beach!

I had an amazing stay at this wonderful place! Aviv was incredibly flexible and available to us, allowing early check-in and late check-out, which made my trip hassle-free. The apartment was beautifully decorated, with everything that we needed and ideally located in front of the beach. The host's thoughtful hospitality made my experience truly memorable. Highly recommended and plan to be back!

Easy to access. Great area. Lots of restaurants/bars/cafes. Safe & super close to the beach! Would definitely book again. Host was very helpful with parking & I enjoyed the selection of movies/shows on the TV! Thanks again.
