Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Sunrise Manor

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, conveniently near the airport and about a 20-25 min drive from the Strip and Spring Mountain Rd/Chinatown. There are plenty of other restaurants, grocery stores, etc within a 10-min drive. We appreciated the overall cleanliness, sleek decor, and amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. It was a treat to have a private pool and hot tub to enjoy in the nearly 100 degree weather. We greatly enjoyed our restful stay and would definitely consider returning in the future.

We did NOT want to leave! It was a wonderful stay in Las Vegas.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect for our trip — clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. One of the highlights for us was the backyard pool. We spent hours relaxing and having fun in the water. The space was private and peaceful, and it was so nice to unwind by the pool after a day out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to relax and enjoy!

We were in town for a concert and wanted a nice and quiet stay. Our stay at Jill’s place was very homey. We were comfortable and had a great time. My son enjoyed his swimming time (his favorite part of the trip) and wanted to stay another day. Also, there was a great taco stand not too far from the house, which was amazing. Overall, the host was very accommodating and friendly. The house was clean and comfy. We would book again in the future.

Cindy stayed in touch from beginning to very end. She responds quickly and is ready to solve any issue that may arise. The house was very clean and the neighborhood is very quiet. The house is located right in the middle of everything and maybe a 10-15 min drive to the Vegas Strip and airport. I will definitely try n book if I come back to Vegas again.

Our stay with Christine was lovely -- the space looked exactly like the images, and was clean and organized when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen supplies, and the extra linens, blankets, and pillows made our time at Loft 215 very comfortable. The space was a great space to come back to after a day out exploring! Plus, Christine was also very clear and prompt with all communications, making the check-in and check-out process easy.

Ed’s place was just as described. The instructions were crystal clear which helped with a smooth check in. Ample free parking available which was great. Place was very clean with all the amenities one could need. However, the best part was the location. Extremely close to the strip and many restaurants, casinos, convenience stores, etc. The balcony had great views of Caesar’s palace, Aria and The Cosmopolitan. Absolutely worth the money. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, clean, homely place with an amazing location! Ed was very helpful with all my queries and always responded promptly.

Perfect size for 1 or 2 people. King size bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. Having a washer and dryer is handy. The location is near shopping, restaurants and the "Strip", but, most important you are near all the highways. My stay was peaceful was able to walk the ten minutes to the neighborhood park and walk or watch youth baseball games. Carmen was quick to respond when I was unable to access the internet (my fault).

This property was amazing and the host was nice and communicated well. The property was so spacious and beautiful the two balconies had amazing views and the vibe was outstanding!!! I will deff stay here again when visiting Las Vegas!!!!!

We would stay at this space again. Easy check in and the room was larger than expected. Nice as it's a little off the strip. Clean and quiet. We really enjoyed eating at the Happy Camper across the street.

Great stay!

Luis’ apartment was in a great location very close to an In’n’out. The apartment was solid enough to block noise. I liked the custom door lock code, and the air conditioning was good. Clean up was easy and quick.

Had a great stay here over the weekend! The place was super convenient and easy to get to, very clean, and the AC worked great—huge plus with the heat. The host was really friendly and made everything simple and smooth. Would definitely stay here again!

The hosts were super helpful. The space was clean and looked exactly like the photos. The environment was quiet and not far from the strip. Walkable distance to grocery stores and other stores. I and my friends enjoyed the space.

LeAnn hosted us for Memorial Weekend, and the place is beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. She was super responsive, and the pool and jacuzzi were lovely. This beautiful, large house was perfect for our group of 10 friends! Aaron was incredibly responsive and helpful to help sort out necessary bedding, early check in etc. The indoor space was perfect for gathering with a pool table, large couches, speaker etc. The outdoor space was great as well. The house is well stocked with cooking supplies. It can take 10 min to get an Uber so order ahead if you’re in a rush. A few things to note for planning purposes: - tThe bean bag mattress for master room floor mattress is literally a bean bag unrolled. It was too soft for us to sleep on - The master room bathroom is inside the room and also the shower is visible from the rest of the room (though toilet is not), FYI for any groups trying to share the bathrooms. There is another shower upstairs (along with 4 bedrooms) and a half bath on entry level

The most beautiful Airbnb I’ve ever stood in ! The house was located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood (quiet hours suck but it’s the rules ) we made it work. We celebrated my friend’s bachelorette weekend and it couldn’t have been any better. Shawn was very clear on instructions , house was clean , more than enough room I think maybe 2 of the rooms could use a tv but overall outstanding ! Highly recommend!

We enjoy our stay at this place. It was really clean and had everything we needed. Its close to everything. I recommend this place if you guys go to vegas one day. We will definitely book this place again when we go to vegas again. The pool was incredible too. Pretty big house for a large group.

Xiao was a great host, and the house was just as pictured. Very clean & spacious. Super close to the strip!
