Condo holiday rentals in Sunrise Manor

Joe and Jean were great hosts and extremely responsive and accommodating. Their place was a gem in the desert. The condo was immaculate and stocked with whatever you’d need. Walking distance to great restaurants and the village market. Saturday night had music on the water which was nice to listen to from the balcony, and once we were ready for bed, it was very quiet and peaceful when we shut the doors. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again. Thanks Joe and Jean!

I have stayed in many Airbnb's for several years. I would highly recommend this place. We used Lyft/Uber to go everywhere we needed to go. Plus, the monorail is within walking distance from the towers. This place beats parking and resort fees. We stayed 5 nights and did not need room service. I am sure the host will help if you are in need of anything. He responds quickly.

Great place to stay!

Calvin’s place was clean, homey and very close to the strip. They provided us with a handful of complimentary items which was a nice touch. Great place to stay!

We had a great stay at Lissie’s home. We loved the location in the arts district, walkable to many coffee shops and Fremont Street. Lissie was an excellent communicator and we thoroughly enjoyed her place. The views of the city and mountains was beautiful. The kitchen had what we needed. Super clean, comfortable and secure apartment. We’d stay again next time we’re in town!

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at one of RIch's units, and can confidently say that you won't be disappointed by this unit (or likely any of them). The location is super convenient if you don't mind the urban setting, it's very walkable to a lot of places and only a few minutes by car to the strip. Neighbors were all friendly, and upstairs noise was quite minimal. I'll most certainly be looking for one of RIch's units the next time I come to Vegas!

Laci's place was close to the action but far enough away from the noise. She was responsive for any needs. An upgrade to the master bath would be nice. I'd recommend a stay here and would return.

The place is clean and nice., it’s close to the strip. The host is a sweet lady and communication is efficiency. Definitely will come back for next time visit Las Vegas!!!

Great location and we walked to Chinatown every day. I liked the big tv and especially the well stocked kitchen. Thank you! I will visit again.

Apollo's place was a perfect stay for my wife and I while in Vegas. It was a private/quiet neighborhood that is tucked away but still a 5-10 min drive from the strip and the fun. The place was super clean and comfortable. It also had all of the wifi, netflix, and streaming you you want. Highly recommened as sometimes it's hard to find a quiet nice place in Vegas. Apollo was also incredibly responsive and super nice/flexible host!

I really enjoyed my stay. Great location and a really nice bed and shower. Alexis was very responsive and the air bnb has everything you need. Great find if you are looking to stay away from the strip in a quiet neighborhood. I recommend a restaurant nearby called “Beso”

Truly a beautiful and family friendly place to stay and has everything you need! I will definitely use Eddie’s place again the future when I come back to Vegas.

Sherman’s place was clean, cozy, and roomy for our group of 3 + 1 pet. Unit looked just like the pictures. Community was quiet, safe, and conveniently close to the strip. We appreciated the 24/7 security, abundant free parking, central AC, and grassy areas for dogs. Sherman was also kind, flexible, and responsive as a host!

Edward was a terrific host. His place is exceptional, pristine, beautiful view of the mountains and awesome location. It is private yet walkable to almost everything or a short lyft/uber ride. The staff is beyond courteous, kind and helpful. I felt like I was at home and did not want to leave. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend Edward's place at the Palm Place. I would give it 6 out of 5 stars if I could. :)

Spotless condo with gorgeous, serene views. This was our first time not staying on-strip and it was well worth it. Thoroughly enjoyed the tranquility, and also the proximity to the lights and sounds of the strip and Old Town. We also explored Hoover Dan and Kingman Wash on Lake Mead, and enjoyed many scenic overlooks. This is a gem offering far more than a strip-side room ever could.

Nice view; however, not on the strip. Place is great for couples. Nice and clean.

I 100% Recommend the location is perfect you can literally get to the strip in 2 minutes park at a casino and walk down Las Vegas blvd! We will definitely be going back!

Great spot just off the strip. There are nice quiet pools right on site, or you can access the MGM Grand pools as well. Nice to be able to access the monorail, or the strip is about 10 min walk.

Was looking for a relaxing scenic location to stay in Las Vegas area for vacation and this was 1000% it! Condo was spotless and so quiet. Views from the balcony were amazing and sat out there every night. The pool was so wonderful in the June heat. The village is very walkable and had some great restaurants. The condo was exactly how it looked online and was so easy to access including underground parking. Traveling alone I was not sure but felt so safe in the area and felt right at home. Hard to leave such a beautiful place!!!! Hidden gem that everyone should book! Also Joe was very responsive to all my questions. Cannot give this listing enough stars it is just that amazing!

Place was really cool, the free valet was a bonus and for some reason I like where the Trump tower is located on the end of the strip near the wind and encore. Beautiful view, the staff was great. I love the price, I would definitely go back again.
