Perfect! Will stay again!!

the cozy condo was an absolute perfect place for my best friend and i to stay. perfect for 2 adults. close to all of the best places the lake has to offer. beautiful outdoor pool and very nice and clean indoor pool/hot tub. super peaceful and quiet area. bill was a great host! always quickly responsive and very kind. we came to celebrate my birthday and he even had birthday decorations, diet coke and ice cream in the fridge for us. the airbnb was very clean, cozy, and exactly as pictured. i would definitely come stay here again! 10/10!

my first visit to the Ozarks we absolutely loved it! beautiful lake view from property. the pool and hot tub were great! location good. proximity to all shopping that you may want to do! felt right at home. thanks Ashlee.

We stay here once or twice a year for several years now. It’s a perfect spot if you want a beautiful view of the lake. It’s quiet and the pool is always pristine. Clean with nice lounging chairs. The complex is tucked away in a wooded area. The condo is perfect for a couples getaway. Kitchen is stocked with everything you’d ever need. Super comfortable recliners and sofa and a welcoming king size bed. Very clean and inviting. Go ahead and click ‘book’!

We loved our stay at Chris's place and as usual it was clean and well stocked. We loved having such a comfortable place to come home to after a long day exploring the lake area. Chris is a great host, we couldn't have asked for a better stay! 🙂

Came down last minute for sons baseball tournament. This condo was perfect for four adults and one kid! Beds were comfy too! Would definitely stay again!

We stayed one night. The condo was as described. Very nice layout of space. Very clean and taken care of. Enjoyed a quiet evening on the deck sipping on some adult beverages that were supplied by our host. The bed was very comfy and had a great night of rest. The late check out was a nice touch. We will definitely stay here here again when in the area.

We will be back it was a great vacation with the condo right on the water it was lovely.

Was a great place to stay Stephanie is great to work with and was close to everything

I was looking for something simple: a bed and shower for a single night. That is exactly what I got. A clean, comfortable bed. A place to hang my shirts. A place to shower. Nothing more. But, again, that is exactly what I was looking for. I was scheduled to attend a conference at one of the local resorts. I did not want to pay for a night at a Lake Resort, when I would not be utilizing any of the amenities of said resort. I needed a bed and a shower, and that is what this AirBnB gave me.

Condo was on the end with a very large outside patio, loved all the windows, natural light, and view of the lake. Nighttime with the blinds open allowed us to see the lights reflecting off the water. My family was comfortable and at ease which is exactly what we were looking for on this stay.

Perfect getaway! Loved the pool, huge balcony with grill and stunning views. Pet-friendly, super clean, and in a great location.

Stayed in this condo for the second time for a weekend at the lake. It is a great location for us and look forward to staying again in the future.

We were searching for property at the lake and Park Place was one of the areas we considered. It was great to experience what the complex was like.

Cute little spot on the lake! Two pools/hot tubs. Laying out and can look over the lake. Clean condo & good communication. The only thing is there’s no coffee places nearby but Shady gators is about 5-10 min away.

Beautiful little spot. Master bedroom has such a beautiful view, we took lots of pictures. Quiet and comfortable. Good wifi and has a propane grill for you to use. (Need to bring your own propane). Has mesh on the patio, amazing to keep the bugs out. Everything is within 15 minutes, so it’s at a perfect location.

We had a great stay and loved the location. Docknockers is right down the hill so we were able to do out and have a great time and not worry about paying for an uber home! Would recommend, Shantel was a great hose! Very peaceful in the morning and a beautiful view!

If we could give 10 stars we would, comfortable bed, couch, table and chairs. Beautiful kitchen area and clean bathrooms! Loved the screened in area/ balcony for the kids and us to sit and relax! So many comfort items available, and we everything we needed was provided! Eric was very responsive and clear on instructions. Place was easy to get to and could pull right in front of our place. There’s two flights of stairs you have to walk down to, but it’s a short distance- and short distance to pool! Would stay again! If you’re looking for somewhere to stay at lake of the Ozarks, stay here. Take it from someone who visits often: and out of all the air bnbs we’ve stayed at- this is one of our favorite places!!!

It was my first time staying at an Air BNB. Host was quick to respond to a lot of first timer question and the place was awesome. Had a great weekend and we will definitely do it again!

The condo was absolutely perfect for our family. The condo is beautiful and has everything you need. Scott was so responsive and allowed for an early check-in which we truly appreciated. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked and the bathroom had plenty of towels. We love the spaciousness and set-up of the condo and it is located locally to everything; grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, & Andy's etc. The deck is huge and the furniture is comfy. Love watching the boats on the main channel. The kids loved the pool after a day of tubing, swimming & fishing on the lake at their Aunt and Uncle's house. Highly recommend this condo - we will be back!!!!!
