Beachfront holiday rental in Sunny Sands

This is a great cottage … excellent location, everything you need provided . Can’t fault it. We had a fab time , would definitely recommend & I would book again.

A lovely cottage, we have enjoyed our stay very much. There are lots of nice touches in a good thought for the comfort of guests. Warm house in every room by the time of our arrival; milk, juice, home made jam (delicious!), bread, cereals avalible; little messages that welcome and guide through the house. There are actually 3 bathrooms. All is spotless clean and fresh. We wish to return :)

Lovely spacious cottage matching description and photos. Town centre so easily walkable to the beach, high street and Deal’s many restaurants and bars. Janey’s cottage has everything you’d need if you want to cook, and the back garden is a lovely private sheltered space to spend time outdoors. Communication from Janey was friendly and helpful and it was easy to check in via the lockbox.

We had a great stay at Ian’s place. We were visiting for a family event in Deal. We know the town very well but it was fun to stay in a different place. The house is very easy to stay with a group of adults, teenagers and a dog. We all had enough space to be together and also have our time. We loved the bright bedrooms. The beds were extremely comfy with lovely bed linen. We really appreciated the welcome basket with Kent treats and the coffee and tea! Thanks The house is in an excellent location. Literally a 2 min walk for a morning dip and super close to the centre and great pubs in Deal. Totally recommend the place. We would live to stay next time we are visiting family again.

We had a lovely stay in Jubilee Cottage. Spotlessly clean, full of character with everything we needed and more. Kitchen was very well equipped so we could easily cook whatever we fancied. Loads of recommendations for local restaurants and amenities. Lovely touches with welcome gifts from the hosts. Thank you.

This is a great place to stay for a short break or a working visit to Margate. Everything I needed for my stay in a nice location close to the seafront.Will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved staying at the Beach Hut. The location was perfect, we walked into Margate and Birchington. Train and buses so close if needed . Westgate High street was so close and the Swan which was 2 minutes away was great for food and drinks. It was really peaceful and extremely clean, such lovely touches with coffee/tea, milk, water and cereal. We loved the chilled atmosphere sitting in the front of the hut for drinks or coffee , so relaxing. We would definitely stay again and also recommend for a perfect relaxing break and although we only got to wave at Lorraine , David was so friendly and checked to see if all was ok for us . Great communication and we absolutely loved it. Thank you so much for our stay and how attentive and responsive you have been 👍

We had a wonderful stay at Gills caravan. It was spotlessly clean and had a well equipped kitchen. ( we like cooking) The rooms were very comfy and the outside space was a plus in the sunshine. Gill was extremely helpful and friendly and the area was very dog friendly with loads of lovely walks straight from the site. It was our first time In The area and we will definitely be back. We had a lovely time! Very responsive host, nice peaceful place to stay. Great location for a wedding we were attending. Much bigger main bedroom than expected with a surprise en-suite. Lots of walking spots around too.

This was our second visit to the Lighthouse and it still is an amazing place, from the panoramic sea views to a lovely warm inviting home. A dip in the pool before breakfast, sitting with a coffee watching the seascape, as far as Essex and beyond, sunsets and so much more. I will make the same comment as I did last, this goes for the whole of our party across 3 generations and the dogs, the only bad thing about the Lighthouse is having to leave. Hopefully this will not be our last visit.

First time hiring a hut and I’m so glad I did. This little hut was cute and had everything you needed. I messaged Maria asking for a little something for my mum’s bday and she did 😊. No bad reviews we’re planning on hiring more often, all it could do with is a little tlc ie painting needs updating, the windbreakers need replacing and possibly something for the ground by the doors as it’s hard to open the doors with the stones. But other then that it was lovely and we had such a lovely time , we locked everything up in the hut and took a walk to the pier and came back it was lovely thank you ☺️

Had a lovely mini break away at Kimberley’s place. Felt right at home straight away and the location was perfect for seaside walks, popping to the near seaside towns and watching the beautiful sunsets this area of the North Kent coast is famous for. The home was well equipped with everything you could possibly need, the beds were really comfortable and I loved the little touch of leaving some bread, butter & milk, snacks and a hot drinks station. Loved it so much that we’ve already booked to go back again in the Summer so I think that says it all! Thankyou Kimberley, you were the perfect host! 😊

Lovely place, within walking distance to the amenities, very clean, loved the games in the cupboard. Very well equipped and the bunny population was an added bonus! We highly recommend

This is without doubt the most stunning place I have ever stayed in through Airbnb. The cottage has recently been renovated to an extremely high standard and every detail is perfect and has been carefully thought through. It is comfortable and luxurious but still homely and stocked with everything you need for a home from home stay! It is also in a fantastic location - only a 2 minute walk to the seafront and the town centre. I could not recommend it more highly. Belinda was also extremely helpful and welcoming and very responsive to messages. 11/10! We will definitely be back! thank you Belinda and Thierry.

We really enjoyed our few days here. The terrace offers a breathtaking panorama of the fortress and the sea. We received a warm welcome, they were waiting for us in the house with wine, chocolate and cold water. Comfortable resting option (comfortable bed, jacuzzi, lounger on the terrace). There is a great coffee maker in the house, filled with coffee. Easily accessible, great swimming and hiking spots nearby. The jacuzzi is carefully cleaned every day. Maxime and Julie were tactful, attentive and helpful.

Nice place with outstanding view on the Channel. Comfortable and clean.

Great stay, apartment was clean and had great amenities. That view is worth it all.

Can thoughrely recommend Jenny's place, both Jenny and Tim are very friendly. Patio overlooking the sea and sea views from the bedroom, very generous welcome pack and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and more, the lounge was spacious with comfy couches and the bedroom had plenty of clothes hangers and the bed was super comfy, including the pillows,. Every where was super clean, we didn't really want to leave, but,of course, it was time to move on., can thoughrely recommend Jenny' and Tim's place.

Close to groceries, transport, and many highlights of Folkestone — historic church, public art, promenade, harbor area, interesting shops, and more. Sweetly decorated, though a little quirky (we like that touch of personality.) Also used the couch for sleeping as the main bed was a little small for tall husband and wife who moves around a lot while sleeping. We appreciated extra towels and linens, and the well-stocked kitchen. A very nice week’s stay for us! Thank you, Phil!

A friend & I stayed a single night in this beautiful house/apartment, while on a cycling tour, & it was a wonderful surprise. Loved the whole place, the layout over several levels, decor & views of the beach & seascape from the lounge & main bedroom, as well as the well-appointed kitchen. It was all very relaxed & homely while clean & unfussy. Everything we needed was walkable in a few minutes. Deborah was quick to respond with really clear instructions & provided contact details for any further follow up. If I ever need a place to stay in the area this will be my first look up.

The location of this house is spectacular with waves breaking on the wall just below and the sound of pebbles rolled by the sea to lull you to sleep. The house is beautifully furnished and well equipped. It was a privilege to spend a week living here. The surrounding area is full of interesting things to do but the best part of our holiday was coming home to the sound and sight of the sea just outside the window
