Condo holiday rentals in Sunny Isles Beach

Truly enjoyed our stay here! The place was clean and the balcony was our favorite part. We took lots of pictures out there. Just wish the tv was updated so we could use Youtube, Netflix, etc.

I want to THANK YOU for the opportunity to stay in this unit! Such a pleasant experience starting with the warm, inviting staff at the reception desk. As a woman traveling alone I felt safe, security were present at all times, in the building and in the parking lot. Very comfortable, clean, updated. Everything that was needed and then some! WiFi very dependable, allowed me to "work from home" without concern. The desk is positioned by sliding glass door to the balcony. Nice l views of the intercoastal. Bed super comfy

Beautiful apartment overlooking the bay, very comfortable and functional for 5 people. Well equipped, as indicated in the publication. We had good communication with the washing machine company. It's less than a 10-minute walk to the beach and a shopping mall with a supermarket and places to eat. Highly recommended, we will certainly come back!

This is our 2nd time staying at one of Edvard’s places in this building and we had a great time again. The host communicates extremely well and the apartment is very spacious, clean, well equipped with everything you need, has an incredible view of Aventura and Golden Beach, and is in a perfect, close location near the beach in Sunny Isles. We will definitely be back, thank you Edvard.

Quiet apartment with a beautiful view of the marina, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable

Fernando‘s place was absolutely beautiful with a stunning view and, spacious layout, comfortable bed and luscious pillows. We did not want to leave and ordered in each night to devour as much time as possible on the beautiful balcony. Highly recommended... with a lovely bottle of wine and your favourite person.

Amazing view, great location, have lots of restaurants, grocery stores. Beach was very beautiful and right infront of the building. Amazing pool and amamenities! my family and I enjoyed this place and we will definitely be back! The host was very responsive, valet parking very friendly and efficient.

Staying at Adriana’s place in Aventura was a great experience from start to finish. The apartment is in an ideal spot—tucked in a quiet area but still super close to the beach and shops at Aventura Mall. It’s thoughtfully decorated, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out was Adriana’s hospitality—she checked in to make sure everything was going well and gave us awesome suggestions for things to do in the area. The space was spotless and incredibly comfortable. I’d definitely choose her place again on a future trip!

Being a host ourself we can see both standpoints. Chad, is top 3, the best host and home we have stayed in. I spend my birthday here, rented it hours prior to arriving. We had a major switch of plans last minute and Chad was extremely accommodating. Not only did he respond 30 seconds after we messaged, his home was beautiful. When I first got to the place I didn’t think it was going to turn out to be as beautiful as his home was. It is a block away from the beach, he had two beach chairs, beach towels, washcloths, extra blankets, sheets, etc. We didn’t need it but had a vacuum and washer dryer. The views were incredible, relaxing. The parking situation was great, right in front of the home. I went with my one year old son and it was perfect for him. He had anything you could possibly have thought of, he was responsive, communicated how we were doing. I will most definitely be back, wish we could have stayed much longer. Stayed here for a month and it was amazing, the views are spectacular and Omar and Alex are both very helpful hosts. The apartment is well equipped and in a brilliant location too

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very comfortable and has beautiful ocean views! The hotel pools and beach club were great and had excellent service. Our host was very helpful and responsive. We look forward to staying there again!

Loren’s place was perfect! We had issues with the tv - there wasn’t a remote in the room. But Loren was on it with getting it resolved, and the people at the hotel ended up bringing us a remote. I appreciate how there were dishes, silverware, and paper towels in the room. We picked up tropical fruit so I was worried we wouldn’t have anything to open it with. The spa passes were so nice! We got sun burn the first day and the mineral pool was clutch. I feel like it helped our skin with recovering. I was a little worried about the fees from the hotel but we were charged a total of about $200 - that includes the cleaning fee which we were already aware of. Everything else is like small fees and taxes. The free valet was amazing! I will say one night it took 45 minutes to get our car - it was a Friday night. We just planned better on our end after this. The space was so clean, the views were beautiful. We will for sure be back! Loren was the best host!

From the moment we checked in it was a great experience. The building was clean and felt secure with consistent security on premise and added security with wristband access to go to correct floor. The beach service was great as well. All of the employees were fantastic. The unit was spotless and the views were breath taking. I would stay again in this unit again in a heartbeat.

There's soo much that could be said about how great this place was. But honestly words don't do it proper justice. Stay here and youll completely understand! Absolutely astounding views and a beautiful place all around. No complaints at all. Live the good life, and stay here!!

The condo was as described. Very cozy with all amenities needed. We shopped at the Publix and made breakfast and sometimes lunch in the unit. The building had a Great family atmosphere and conveniently located across from the beach, a quick short drive to Aventura Mall and all restaurants along A1A. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you again for sharing your condo.

The place was spotless and very comfortable. It had everything needed and more, we were received with snacks and bottled water. 100% recommended!

Great clean place as advertised in the pictures

I had a fantastic stay at this location, with spectacular views. The place was very clean and the bedroom was extremely comfortable. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The hosts responded to any concerns and accommodations very quickly. This is my first time in Miami and if I ever return I would want to stay here it was a fantastic time and fantastic stay i highly recommend this location.

The apartment is very large for a 3.5-room apartment. Large rooms, 2 balconies with beautiful views of the bay with sunset. In the kitchen there is everything. The apartment was very clean, the beds comfy. It was a little unfortunate that in the annex, the waste containers are emptied in the middle of the night, this on two consecutive days. This was very noisy in the rooms. Although only briefly, it still woke us up. Also on Saturday evening the place on the other side of the bay was very good to hear until midnight. The music was very loud. Alexey can't do that. He was a great host and the apartment was amazing! We would definitely leave again.
