Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Sunland Park

Great home for our family of six! Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out or have family time. Especially loved the private & peaceful backyard and master shower! Hope to stay again on a future visit.

The cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in! Also the most child friendly. There was a high chair, baby gate, car seat, umbrella stroller, and pack and play. You could tell the home has been lived in and there was intention with items left behind, like a crockpot. We really enjoyed the location as well. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating

The house is absolutely spotless and truly feels like home. Everything was incredibly clean—from the bedding and carpet to the bathroom. It’s clear that great care is taken to maintain the space. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would happily stay here again!

La casa esta muy bonita y cómoda, los espacios son grandes y nos permitió estar conviviendo y también tener privacidad. Tuvimos una petición y lo resolvieron de inmediato, la zona era tranquila de día y de noche, no tuvimos ningún inconveniente. Si volveríamos a quedarnos en este lugar!

this was our 2nd stay at one of Eva's properties. We had reached out to see if the previous one we stayed at was available and although it wasnt, Eva went out of her way to find us an appropriate accommodation at one of her different properties. We really appreciated this and it was just as clean and quiet and so comfortable as the previous one.

Great place to stay with easy access to I-10. Get the best of both El Paso and Las Cruces by staying right in the middle of both. Very clean and peaceful with views of the Franklin mountains.

We enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s place so much! The house is beautiful and spacious and came equipped with all the essentials for us to feel right at home. There was plenty to do to keep everyone entertained while at the house. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, sits near several restaurants and shopping centers and is walking distance from a playground for small children. Our host was quick to respond when questions came up and ensured we had an excellent experience.

Like I was saying everything was good, loved the place and decorations. Shower was clean but it’s broken. The whole apartment was perfect it just had a weird trapped smell.

El departamento y en general todo muy cómodo, limpio y callado durante nuestra estadía. Los únicos detalles es que no tiene cochera como tal pero te puedes estacionar justamente enfrente del departamento y el vecindario quizás te da la sensación de desconfianza pero es seguro. Si lo recomiendo!

We were in town for a appointment at the consulate. The location was in a great place it was quite calm and secure. It is a 10 min. walk to the consulate and do not cross any major streets, the walk is thru a residential are. Laura was a great host very responsive to my questions and concerns.

A beautiful place to stay, definitely worth every penny! From the morning before our arrival, Karla already had all the instructions on how to get there and where everything was. She responded within minutes of our message and had everything at our fingertips throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again! Very peaceful and quiet place to stay! Even the neighbors were super friendly to us!

We waited for my wife’s visa to become available at the US Consulate. 5 minute uber ride to the consulate. Easy, comfortable, peaceful, owners very responsive. Amenities perfect for a long stay. Overall just a good experience.
