Air fryer, microwave, hot plate, toaster, kettle, etc. There is a bus stop about 100 metres from the accommodation. Buses run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to get to the centre of Sundsvall. They stop outside Mitt Universitetet on the way. A little on the side but close to a lot! The apartment is in a quiet residential area on Lundvallen in Sörberge. Private parking next to the property. Very close to Timrå ice rink, indoor bandy and soccer hall, cross-country skiing, and Timrå's new swimming hall. The accommodation is right next to beautiful Indalsälven. The apartment is part of our garage, but with its own entrance with kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and upstairs with bed and sofa etc. Beautiful outdoor environment with seating area and views of the river. By car to Sundsvall it takes about 20 minutes.

The villa is surrounded by strikingly beautiful nature and has direct access to the beach, a rock pool, excellent fishing opportunities and lovely hiking trails. This exclusive property is of the highest standard and has everything you could possibly want. A short distance from the house is Smitingen, one of Sweden's most beautiful seaside resorts, and with Härnösand, located at the start of the Höga Kusten World Heritage Site, just a few kilometres away, the location is perfect!

Private and nice Swedish cottage – modern and close to nature

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located close to nature but also centrally in Söråker. It is a newly built cottage with high standards. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that is 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There is a cozy plot that you will have completely to yourselves. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.

Det går också utmärkt att fiska direkt från bryggan (det krävs fiskelicens om man är över 15 år) Endast 12 km till nedre Ljungans fina älvfiske (Lax, Havsöring , Harr m.m)

Welcome to Bergsåker, which is 10 minutes by car to Sundsvall city center. The bus runs regularly and stops on the road to the city outside Mittuniverstetet. Here you live in a completely renovated courtyard house with kitchen, bathroom and a double bed. If you want to get to Birsta shopping center, it is only a straight distance of about 10 minutes by car, then you are there. Bed linens, towels and cleaning are included in the rent. Free parking in the yard.

Busstop 100meters away from the apartment taking you strait there passing the university on the way. Close to the apartment you have a pizzaplace, hairsalone, foodstore and the horsetracks.
