It is a very nice two-room apartment with private shower room and fully equipped kitchen. A box spring bed is in the living/sleeping area with a large TV. Private small terrace, ground-level access in a quiet residential area, but centrally located. There is a connection to bike paths in the immediate vicinity. It is only a 5-minute walk to the bus and train. Close to Biggesee, Sorpe and Möhnesee. Ideal as a starting point for many activities!

Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und liegt im historischen Dorfzentrum von Oberholzklau. Ich habe die Wohnung mit einem vollwertigen Arbeitsplatz (zweiter Monitor) ausgestattet. Wenn du also Teilweise von dort aus arbeiten musst und dich gerne in der Natur aufhältst, dann bist du hier richtig aufgehoben.
