Welcome to Ängslyckan! The house has a large plot of land with adjacent football field. 300 meters down to the jetty at Lake Mälaren. Glazed patio and large deck with seating area and sun bed. Here the sun is for the whole day. In connection with the trolley is the playhouse with 120 cm bed and toys. On the property, there is a friends swing as well as apple trees and cherry trees. Access to rowing boat in the summer for a lovely day on the lake. About 2-3 km away is Sandviksbadet with sandy beach. About 2 miles to Ica Maxi in Eskilstuna.

The 1812 wing building has been carefully restored to recreate the feeling of the building period with typical colours, textiles and furniture. 140 sqm are at your disposal.
