Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. Beautiful secluded chalet in a hidden corner of Piedmont, on the border with Switzerland located at 1300 meters. The chalet is inside a green oasis of meadow, pasture and vegetable gardens, surrounded by a dense forest of centuries-old pine trees. Ideal for those seeking tranquility, contact with themselves and nature. The view of the 4,000 Swiss mountains is breathtaking! During the winter season, in case of snowfall, you will need to park about 500 meters from the chalet, we will gladly help you with your luggage!

Enjoy the Grisons mountains in our beautiful apartment in the center of Disentis. The large, bright 3.5 room apartment (85 m²) is located on the top floor of an apartment building (built in 2016) and can be booked as a vacation apartment starting in summer 2021. The lovingly, modern, comfortable and fully furnished apartment offers unobstructed views of the mountain panorama. In the immediate vicinity are shops, restaurants, train station and seasonal bus station (e.g. to the mountain railways).

In Surrein/Somvix, right on the village square, you will find our quietly located newly renovated 5 1/2 apartment. The apartment can be booked as a 4 1/2 or 5 1/2 room apartment. In summer, very good starting point for various hikes, bike and bike tours. Close to the Rhine. Great village shop, restaurant and large garden. In winter, you can reach five ski areas and countless opportunities for ski tours in about 20 minutes. Cross-country skiers have the trail right behind the house.

The characteristic, artfully furnished apartment in Casa Postigliun is located in the center of the monastery village of Disentis. Cafés, restaurants, shops, the monastery, the train station and the bus stop to the mountain railways are within walking distance. Our 53-square-meter apartment has fast Wi-Fi, Netflix, an equipped kitchen and is accessible with a passenger elevator. An underground parking space in the same building is available free of charge on request.

Welcome to the approximately 150-year-old Villa Maissen, a beautiful manor house with a well-kept garden and mountain views – perfect for design lovers and nature lovers. The apartment on the first floor invites you to relax or enjoy sports. There are four ski resorts nearby: - Brigels and Obersaxen (10 min each) - Disentis/Sedrun (20 min) - Flims/Laax (25 min.) The Grisons Oberland offers numerous outdoor activities as well as the spa in Vals for wellness lovers.

Sleeping in the house in the greenhouse, great view

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Sleeping in the greenhouse means being very close to the plants. A good bed awaits you and a warm stove lets you comfortably enjoy the time you spend with us. The house in the greenhouse is very well insulated and has a nice large wood-burning stove and a small electric stove. The walls are open with many windows. For privacy, it has thick curtains everywhere.

A place to relax and enjoy the tranquility. Maiensäss REFUGI in Con Sut / Val Sumvitg for rent on a weekly basis. The Maiensäss can be reached by car up to about 500 m. (Driving permit must be obtained.) From the hamlet of Val it is about 45-minute walk away. The house can accommodate up to 6 people. The Maiensäss can be rented weekly. Individual requests are also possible.
