Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Summit County

This was such a great stay! Stayed here with two other couples and location was great - walkable to main street, and home itself had spacious common areas. Access to the back deck was awesome and relaxing - property has great views. Saw lots of wildlife from deer, a baby moose, to lots of birds. The only two things that were unexpected was that the back property faces a public trail and one of the couples mentioned their bed was pretty uncomfortable. Overall, highly recommend!

Beautiful home, luxurious finishes, short walk to downtown Breckenridge, probably about 7-8 minutes. This was one of the main reasons I booked this home, I celebrated my 40th birthday here and had some family fly in as well. It was great because if someone wanted to go into town to shop, or eat, it was easy to do on your own, or all walk together as a group. The town is great for families! There were several times we’d leave the house at 11am, planning to do one thing, and then we ended finding other things to do while out and about and come home hours later. Beautiful mountain views as advertised. Location was great for activities we had planned, about 50min from Idaho springs (scenic drive) for ziplining, great white water rafting. Host is very friendly and accomodating, lives below the Air BnB on same property which was a non issue, completely separate entrance, we really only saw her on the first day at check in as we figured out parking. Stayed 6 nights, Would book here again!

We had a great stay! The hot tub was warm and easy to use with amazing views! There is plenty of room to host a large family or two. Only a few minutes from the lifts at Peak 7 and 8 and just a few more to town. We will definitely return next season

I can’t say enough good things about this home. Sharon thought of everything a guest could need and provided it, from cozy throw blankets to bath salts to a well-stocked kitchen. Our group of four was so comfortable there and the setting is so peaceful. Sharon is an excellent communicator. She gave detailed instructions and responded immediately with o all inquiries. I can’t wait to come back!

We stayed here for a family vacation. It was a lovely home and we had a great time! We would recommend this home to anyone at any time of year! We will for sure be back.

This lovely little house is in the trees, in the quiet and perfected on a hillside with a view. It was the restful and contemplative space we really needed for a few days. The house has everything you need and a nice deep bathtub! Every airbnb that allows pets should provide dog sheets and blankets. We always bring our own but it saves any stress and we appreciated the extra efforts. We will stay here again! PS the drive way was super easy.

Josh was proactive with communication and checked in during our stay. He was able quickly to resolve some issues we encountered at the rental after we checked in. We really liked how this place was conveniently close to various ski resorts as well as to restaurants in and around Dillon and Silverthorne. Plus the mountain view from the living room was a big plus. FYI, this property is located next to a school and there may be after school pick-up traffic if returning during that time (around 4 pm) as we got stuck in a traffic jam for a bit.

This cozy cottage is in the perfect location, remote but not too far from restaurants, grocery stores and activities. Perfect walking path right down the street with multiple hikes close by! The space is very clean and great if you are bringing pets with you! Would 10/10 recommend staying anytime you are in Colorado!

Spacious place, a lot of pillow options, comfortable beds. Overall an easy stay for my husband, daughter and our dog.

We had a great stay at Alister’s place. It was the perfect location for us to enjoy a week of skiing at Vail, Beaver Creek, and Keystone. His home is clean, well equipped, and a great size for our family of four. We were able to access skiing with ease and were happy to return to his condo for either a home cooked meal or an easy walk or drive to downtown Frisco for dinner after a long day on the slopes. I highly recommend and would stay here again. The only word of caution is that the garage space is tight if you have a large SUV!

Sweet little condo right on the river. No one was in the surrounding condos so it was very quiet. Mikel and Steph were very responsive. Great visit!

This was a wonderful place to stay at! This is a perfect spot to come back home to after a fun day exploring the town and enjoying the beautiful surrounding area.

We had such a great time staying here. Colorado was beautiful in the summer and I loved the views of the mountains and the lake from the windows in the living room. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms were very clean. The place was lovely and it is a great location. It was a great private get away.

Clean and has everything you need for essential necessities. Very convenient location, about 5-10 minutes from downtown and the slopes! Can’t beat it.

Amazing views. I have stayed in dozens of cabins and condos through the years and this one had arguably the best view. Simply stunning.

We had a wonderful stay! Half way between shops and skiing. Plenty of space and amenities for our family. Beautiful views. Lots of supplies for cooking meals in the kitchen. Would love to stay here again!

Sarah's place is beautiful and comfortable. It felt like being home. Sarah gave great directions regarding all aspects of the stay and was quick to respond when I had one tiny question.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind each day after visiting the shops and restaurants in Frisco and surrounding towns. We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the creek below while watching the hummingbirds fly by and the aspen tree leaves blowing in the wind. It was a very comfortable home away from home with a beautiful kitchen and spacious bathroom with two sinks—a lovely condo that met all our needs. The hosts were always quick with their communication and so kind. From seeing a moose on Main Street a block from the condo on the evening we checked in to the double rainbow over Main Street on our last night, it was a wonderful vacation. We would love to return again in the future and would definitely stay at this same condo. After all, it was our home away from home.

Great mountain getaway with comfy beds. Close to town and several mountains. Would stay again!

Nice and roomy place that is modern. Clean, well organized with access to a hot tub and a pool. Quite and safe neighborhood. Alyce is wonderful. Very responsive and accommodating. I would stay here again. A couple things to note, hallway to the condo is very run down. Bathroom and kitchen are modern but some of the furniture is old and dated

Perfect place for our family of four. We had so much snow and it was a very easy drive to Copper Mountain for skiing. Did an afternoon in Breckenridge for quick drive. We loved walking paths, hot tub, wash/dryer, and kitchen. Thank you we hope to be back!

We loved our stay here! The apartment had everything we needed for a few night’s stay and the view was amazing. It was also so close to lots of local amenities and beautiful hikes.
