Monthly Rentals in Summerville

This place was absolutely pristine, and looked even better than the pictures. Heather was proactive in communicating check in and door codes, etc. Seamless! Felt right at home. We stayed here for an in-town alternative to staying at Hot Lake...it's a very short (10 min) drive to both Mount Emily hiking trails in one direction, and Hot Lake soaking in the other direction. Also a 10-minute walk to a great breakfast place or three. :) We were super impressed with both the location and the space itself, and would definitely recommend!

Although it is near a well-used parking area for Mt Emily Rec Area, it was still peaceful and we enjoyed a pleasant chat and book reading on the porch, saw a doe with two yearlings and a female turkey. The home is simply goregous inside and out with a fabulous, well-marked kitchen, an ADA shower in one bathroom, luxury accomodations, a great find for a retreat, a BBQ party, a family stay, or even a winter vacation. It is near enough to LaGrande for dinner out, catch a movie, or a visit to Hot Lake. The windows are plentiful and the entire home is designed for glamping. We were impressed with the cleanliness, the details, and the setting. We were four older ladies enjoying a bible retreat and had a great weekend. We will return and suggested it for our men's group. Nearby was an archery shoot so there are possibilities of recreation. The drive to took us past horses and colts. It was fun.

Thank you for a great stay! Khirenda was a fabulous host, very fast at communicating and obviously cares about the people who stay at their home! It was a great location, could even walk to the local and awesome restaurants! The people in Elgin are so friendly and welcoming. It’s a beautiful area and very peaceful. We will be back!

Better than the pictures. A great place to unwind and relax. Wish we could have stayed longer.
