Monthly Rentals in Summerton

This cute compact space is well appointed with a quiet mini split AC. Although adjacent to the railway line, the trains only came through at approximately 5:20pm and 8:05pm on the Tuesday we were there. Cute looking downtown, but stores are only open 11am to 4pm, with some only open Wednesday through Saturday. Several empty store fronts. Everything closed on Sunday, although further down Old number 6 highway is an IGA and Dollar store.

Great overnight stay to go fishing! Will be back in November.

This was an absolutely beautiful property! Comfortable, inviting and we loved the game room!! Arriving you are greeted by a gorgeous front yard and and even more impressive backyard with the lake right beyond the fenced in new pool! Wonderful place to make memories. I would recommend!

I travel a lot for fishing tournaments and typically stay at AirBNB or VRBO places instead of hotels. This place was as pictured. This is the first one that I’ve stayed at that was actually someone’s “home”. It appears as if the owners just move into a small outbuilding in the back yard while their home is rented out. This didn’t bother me, but it may bother some. It seemed to be a safe place to plug the boat up and is close to boat ramps.
