Monthly Rentals in Summerland

We stayed in Summerland for the UCSB graduation and this place was perfect! Incredible outdoor space - walkable to a charming town and the beach/park. Jen was a great host - very responsive and provided a handbook with tons of great local info. We couldn’t get the firepit to work and she immediately sent lighters and someone to fix it. We would stay here again in a minute!

Great spot! Really cozy and well appointed for its size. Cute back yard. Hosts are really communicative. Summerland is sleepy but that's what we like about it. Would definitely come back.

Perfect escape to enjoy Summerland, nearby Carpinteria and Montecito too. Very clean and had all we needed, the deck was a lovely way to start or end the day. Thank you for hosting!

Beautiful and rustic home with amazing view of the ocean. Cozy living room and kitchen. Kitchen has basic stuff for you to cook a meal. Front porch has a grill so we were able to grill up some steaks for dinner. Backyard seems a little over-grown with plants but it didnt bother us. Overall, the location was worth it for the view. Rebecca was an amazing host, very responsive and accomodating! Great place to stay for a weekend trip to Santa Barbara! Minor observation: Around 9pm during the night of our stay, we heard a "thud" sound in the front porch area. We opened the door to see what it was. At that exact moment, we saw a water bottle flying over from the right side of porch - landing in the front porch area. Not sure who threw it or maybe if it fell from the roof. It was dark so we couldn't see well. No big deal - just found it a little weird. Could be the neighbors next door? We mentioned this to Rebecca on the day of check out just as an FYI and she will look into this more.
