Holiday rentals with beach access in Summerland

We loved staying here! Great set up with en suite bathrooms in both bedrooms. Kitchen small - but we didn’t use it much. We loved hanging on the balcony, and our 2 year old loved watching the cars on the highways. Noise wasn’t an issue for us. A few restaurants within walking distance, but a quick 5-10 min drive to Montecito or SB. The sunsets were amazing! We loved taking our little one to the park (3 min walk away) and watching the sunset while he played. It was a perfect stay!

Our stay was lovely and the place was perfect for me, my husband, and our two friends! Would definitely book this spot again!

The library suite at The Marlowe is a great place for exploring Santa Barbara. The host was responsive, there was plenty of parking on the Monday and Tuesday we were there, it is two minutes away walking from state street, and the train station is viewable from the apartment. That was the only issue with location, the trains can be loud and make it difficult to sleep in. Other than that everything about the library suite was great. Plenty of amenities and even more charm. My favorite part of the suite was the balcony with the view of the mountains on one side and the beach on the other.

Our five-month stay at this property was truly exceptional. Kerri and her team welcomed us and our pets with such warmth, making us feel like part of their family. The property is stunningly stylish and perfectly situated along Ventura’s vibrant Main Street. Whether you’re planning an extended stay or a weekend getaway, this home is an ideal choice. Our pets may have loved it even more than we did! We’re incredibly grateful to Kerri for her gracious hospitality, especially toward our furry companions. 10/10, highly recommend!

The inside was newly remodeled; nice and clean. It’s a .5 mile walk to East Beach.

This was a great spot for a few nights in Santa Barbara and Jim is an absolutely fantastic host! Location is perfect. Easy, short walk to the beach and all SB has to offer. The space itself is comfortable and pretty straightforward. Has the basic amenities for a weekend trip. Jim helped us coordinate an early check-in, assisted with an extra night stay and allowed us to leave our bags for an extra hour after check-out - all of which were greatly appreciated!

The house and the location were perfect! When we come back to Ventura this is where we’ll stay again. Everything was clean and our kids were happy with the games provided outside. This house made our vacation!

The loft is exactly as described and surrounded by so many charming places to eat, shop, and relax. Paul has created an efficient and lovely loft. Oliver is super responsive, and all the instructions were very clear. It's near the freeway, so you can pop over to Santa Barbara or Carpinteria in 10 minutes. There is a bit of freeway noise, so earplugs might be helpful for light sleepers. But at night, it's a mix of ocean waves and light freeway hum, so it served as white noise for me to sleep really well on the comfy bed. A great location with great hosts!

Raymond was the best host I ever had. He was so accommodating with our early check in and offered a late check out which was so kind. Raymond was so responsible to all my questions and requests. Raymond’s house is located at a great location. We can walk to the beach, walk to the restaurants and markets and his house is also located close to the downtown and the train station. My friends and I loved staying at Raymond’s. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and we loved the neighborhood. We would love to come back.

Annie was very helpful and promptly responded. The house and grounds are well equipped and furnished/decorated in a Ventura theme, with 1940's features that match the home's and neighborhood's age. We'd be happy to stay again on our next trip to visit relatives in town.

Everything from check in to check out was very easy. The house was very clean with sufficient amenities. The location is quiet but with several restaurants and a great coffee shop within close walking distance.

We came to the Santa Barbara area for my son's college graduation from UCSB. It was so fun to cook, eat, relax, and play together at this house. The decor was delightful. Everything inside was thoughtfully provided. We used the wagon to lug chairs, umbrellas, and toys to the beach. It was a pleasant 10 minute walk. We loved the ice cream shop 2 doors down. The wrap around deck was great for hanging out and reading, chatting or watching others play corn hole or bocce ball.

Great location, easy access to beaches, downtown. Comfy king sized bed. Take advantage of the fresh eggs, they were delicious. The unit is an extension of a family home but has a private entrance and feels separate. Hot tub, garden and sauna are part of a shared space with the host

We had an incredible stay. Beautiful home, very peaceful, comfortable and clean. Walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and Butterfly Beach. We would definitely return!

Absolutely loved my stay… It was so decadent reading my book while soaking in the huge tub just steps way from a fire roaring in the fireplace. I loved that they provided clean bath robes — I never pack my bathrobe because it’s too bulky but it’s such a luxury to have one waiting for you. There’s a large deck with comfy sofas, a fire pit and stunning ocean views. The deck is accessible from the living room area as well as your master bedroom. Great kitchen, which made it easy to prepare dinners each night and dine on the deck. Just divine. Can’t wait to go back. 😊

We had a perfect romantic weekend in Santa Barbara, and this place made it truly special. The space was beautifully decorated with great style—spacious, full of natural light, cozy, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed, from thoughtful amenities to a warm, inviting atmosphere. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to East Beach, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Our host, Jane, was fantastic—responsive, kind, and full of helpful suggestions for local restaurants. She made everything easy from start to finish. We’d absolutely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

What a great location!!!! Rent without any hesitations, So clean and had hotel style soaps available in bathroom, great hot tub in the back yard, peach 🍑 trees. Beds were just like home, throw blankets and Netflix on the TV. Love it and worked out perfect while attending daughter's college graduation. Highly recommend

Eileen’s place is an absolute dream. Beautiful condo that is bright, clean, and comfortable. Steps away from a gorgeous beach and picturesque town! Eileen was super communicative and provided clear instructions. I’d love to visit again!

Great host, great location, fun stay. Highly recommended. Jumped on the surfliner Amtrak and took our kids to the Santa Barbara Zoo. Hung out on the beach just down the road from the apartment. Awesome time!

Comfortable place in a great location. It is in a nice neighborhood a few blocks from the beach, but also only about a 30 minute walk to the far end of the downtown area. I was able to walk to so many activities. The kitchen doesn't have a lot of extras (like herbs, condiments, foil, plastic baggies, or that sort of thing), but has basic utensils and equipment. It was pretty quiet for the most part and it was fairly easy to find parking as long as I followed the few restrictions. One of the nicest perks was being able to hear the southing fountain outside (because the windows were open). It was a nice sound to sleep with. Instructions were clear for the most part, but I needed a little clarification on the lock box. It was nice to have a contact person on site that could quickly talk me through it over the phone.
