Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sumida City

This was such an excellent place. We had 10 people in our group. 5 adults 5 kids. If you’re a large group travelling together. This is an excellent place! Highly recommended! Positives for the property 4 minute walk to train station - this was so extremely helpful. 4 minute walk to Daiso 3 minute walk to 7-11, Lawson, mini stop, family mart - kids had a blast going there themselves Park for kids is about 4 minutes away Lots of food options within 5 minutes Nice area for families (not overly busy) Dining room was so great for our group of people 3 bathrooms was a BIG help Something of note: Lots of stairs. Be mindful if you have mobility issues. Not really something that we haven’t seen in Japan. Hosts were very responsive. They were such excellent hosts. Extremely helpful with booking a couple shuttles for our group. This property really made our trip!

Great location which is just a short walk to the subway. Short train ride to places like Shibuya and Shinjuku. Yet quiet and peaceful. The personal parking was a big plus for us as we were driving. And the washer with dryer was really convenient. Place was neat and clean. Miho was responsive and instructions were clear. A hidden gem in the heart of Tokyo.

Great Location. The train shakes the upstairs a bit but we had no problem sleeping through it and it didn't bother us much during the day.

A really comfortable and enjoyable stay in a nice and very quiet area.

Yoshi provided an amazing stay for my trip where it felt right at home. All the amenities were great and neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Not to far from the station with outstanding local restaurants.

We had 6 adults and 5 kids staying here. It was the perfect setup with the kids on one floor and the adults on another. The common areas were great for group hangs & an amazing view of the skytree. This neighborhood was so adorable and it was a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Thank you - core memories were made!

We are a family of 4 and this was a great place for us to stay. Excellent location, with convenience stores very close by and we could walk into Shinjuku easily. The apartment had everything we needed for a 6-night stay and the hosts were absolutely brilliant at communicating about everything. We would definitely recommend.

This is my 2nd stay in Yasuo place and always been a great experience. The room was clean modern and tidy, and Yasuo is always been a good host! Will surely always stay here when I am in Tokyo!

This is an excellent home base for a stay in Shibuya. You are less than a 5 minute walk from a convenience store with an ATM and some good snacks, have quick access to the train station, and there's plenty of sights to see right outside of your door. This property was super clean, and we were given so many recommendations and helpful instructions for things inside and outside of the property. What a great way to start our vacation in Japan!

The apartment was very comfortable and beautiful. Emiko was very responsive and gave useful advice. The washing machine inside the apartment is a big plus. Everything dried very quickly. We were a family of five, cooked food and ate together. It was very cozy. There is a large mall near the apartment where you can buy everything including fruits and vegetables. Overall, we would be happy to come to this apartment again.

Fabulous place. So much space, a big kitchen that has a fridge/freezer, dining area, big TV, big washroom, comfortable couch, very comfortable bed, and a huge patio! Also 2 patio doors, so easy to get fresh air! We loved the cotton towels (all our other locations in Japan had microfiber towels). Great water pressure in the shower too. The home seems brand new and was very, very nicely finished. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby, super close to the subway, and walkable to many interesting places. Our hosts were very responsive and helped me figure out our taxi dropped us off at the wrong location (despite me copying the address into the rides hare app). We would absolutely stay here again. One of the nicest Airbnb places we've ever stayed at.

We had a great stay. East walk to central Shibuya and the scramble crossing etc. Close to food options and 7 Eleven. Nice place felt quite good to come home after a hectic day.

Hitomi took amazing care of me and my daughter while we were her guests! She sent us a detailed list of recommendations for the neighborhood including kid-friendly highlights. When my daughter needed to go to the doctor, she sent a list of clinics. She also helped me ship some luggage to make my train trip easier. She was an incredible host, always going above and beyond. Nice area and view from the roof, it’s quite a bit of stairs to get up and it’s narrow so keep that in mind if you’re traveling with luggage. The beds were just a bit uncomfortable but nonetheless it does the job, other than that it’s a nice clean space and i recommend staying here.

Incredible host with perfect apartment for our 10 day stay in Shinjuku. Communication was amazing as was instructions/suggestions. There was heaps of room within the apartment for all our luggage and shopping. Toilet/bathroom was fantastic as was the amenities . Location was really good, walking distance to all the action and also train station I will be back here during my next stay. Thanks again, Steven and Harley from Australia.

Great place and great host. Very large by Tokyo standards and homely. Also very central so easy to get around. Premo was extremely responsive and helpful, going above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay, even sourcing a babysitter at very short notice! Would highly recommend to anyone.

the home is in a quiet neighborhood directly across from a market that has all your essentials. it is about a 10 minute walk from the train station and recommend it for anyone looking to visit Japan

This is an excellent option for exploring the Shinjuku and Shibuya areas. It's an easy walk from Shin-Okubo train station, and is in the heart of Korea Town - so surrounded by great restaurants. A taxi to Shinjuku was cheap and easy, or you can take JR or a subway. The directions on Google maps was perfect, and the host was very helpful and an excellent communicator.

Loved this place. Couldn’t have stayed in a better place for our first time in Tokyo
