Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Sumida City

2일 묵었는데 너무 잘 쉬고 갑니다! 다다미 깔린 바닥이 청결하고 기분 좋았고 침대가 퐁신해서 잘 때도 넘 좋았어요. 욕실도 깨끗하고 뜨거운 물도 콸콸 잘 나외서 매우 만족 했지만, 호스트가 추천해주신 동네 목욕탕을 이용한 것도 넘 특별한 경험이고 좋았네용. 계단이 가팔라서 첨에 조금 당황했지만ㅎㅎ 그냥 일본 건물이 전반 그런 것 같아요

this location was a great place for our group. we liked the proximity to the train station and the variety of rooms in the house. Yi communicated with us throughout the stay and also provided a few pages in the guest room for us to consult for general questions. We had everything we needed for a restful stay

Momoe-san was very communicative from the get go and was so lovely. She made us feel right at home and was available to answer any questions we had. Gotanda was a lovely area and the open play area was lovely to sit in with our son. Thank you for the hospitality! It was so comfortable to have a quiet place to come back to and it had all the amenities we needed. We didn't cook or use the kitchen but it was well stocked with lots of appliances!

Das Haus von Masaki war super eingerichtet, die Küche hatte einen kleinen Grill, zur Begrüßung hatte sie uns sogar Bier und Ginger ale in den Kühlschrank gestellt. Darüber haben wir uns nach der langen Reise sehr gefreut! Das Haus war riesig mit Sitzsäcken und Sofa, ein schöner Esstisch mit gutem Licht, wir haben uns sehr wohl fühlen. Direkt am Haus war ein Fußweg zum Park, ohne Autos. Der Park hatt einen See und man konnte am Fluss entlang spazieren. Zur Fußgängerzone waren es nur 15 Minuten, mit vielen Restaurants und Läden. Wir würden es sofort wieder buchen. Bis zum nächsten Mal!

We had a great stay at Akira’s place. We were a group of 8 people with 5 adults and 3 kids (10 and under). The house comfortably fit all of us and felt like home — Akira had everything we needed. Loved the residential neighbourhood- gave you a sense of how most people lived - and a restful reprieve after visiting the hustle and bustle of the major city areas. I would mention that if you have a large taxi/transport, it may be difficult to get right to the house as the roadways are very narrow (typical for residential areas). Two laundry places and vending machines right by the house (so convenient)! Walkable to train stations. Look forward to coming back!

We loved staying here! Very comfortable for our family of 6. Great location, very easy to access public transportation and get all around Tokyo. It was a perfect space to come back to after a busy day. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend this place to others.

This airbnb is incredible. Walking distance to the local train station to get just about anywhere you need to go. The unit itself is very clean and beautiful. It was equipped with everything we needed. We loved the location and all the local restaurants. The hosts are great and very responsive. Definitely recommend this place!

2nd time staying , I would recommend Yuga’s place .

I can absolutely recommend Glou if you are looking for a place to stay in Tokyo. The staff was so kind and accommodating and the location was absolutely perfect for us - the hotel was located in a quiet street but we were really close to various stations, good restaurants and everything else you could need.

今回は3回目の利用になります。お部屋はとても綺麗でアメニティも揃っていました。特に子供連れでの利用なのでキッチンがあり毎回とても助かっています。徒歩数分の場所にコンビニやスーパー、百円ショップもあり便利です。 毎回、ご親切でフレンドリーなオーナーさんにお会いできるのも楽しみの一つです。今年中にまた利用させていただきたいと思います。

Very cozy and unique space. If you’re a fan of creative architecture and don’t mind staying a little way outside the city this is a gem.

Wir waren 3 Freunde aus Deutschland und hatten einen super Aufenthalt bei Mathhew. Die Wohnung war super gelegen und mehrere Bahnstationen waren zu Fuß erreichbar. Es war sehr ruhig und alles war wie beschrieben. Wir würden jederzeit zurückkehren.

The appartement was in a right spot, it was nice and quiet but also close to Shinjuku. The host was very responsive and when we checked in he left us a little snack.

A nice environment and good communication with the host — that’s all that matters.

离西武池袋线很近，去池袋也很快，附近也有很多居民，虽然房间里面的洗衣机不能烘干但是附近的干洗店只需要100-200日元就可以很快烘干衣服，附近有药妆店，超市，便利店也都有。

The space was clean and spacious. The photos and description matched the place. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

A very spacious 3 bedroom home, 5 min walk to the JR line, plenty of restaurants nearby to cater for every taste. Very quiet neighbourhood hood. 100% recommend this place!!!

小别墅保养的很干净。优点前面已经说过了。说说不足的地方。最主要是有蟑螂，而且很多，四晚合计打死五个，逃走一个。平时不在家的时候应该有很多出来散步的。房东建议第二天帮忙打药，怕麻烦谢绝了。另外寝室的床很低，寝室如果可以最好能有二把椅子，不然只能坐在床上了

ゴールデンウィークに家族（妻と2歳の子供の３人）で利用させていただきました。 施設は古民家の趣を残したまま、素敵にリノベーションされておりました。また、清潔感もあり、小さな子ども連れでも安心して快適に過ごすことができました。お部屋からの眺めも素晴らしく、日常を忘れてゆったりとした時間を楽しめました。おかげさまで、とても思い出深く充実したゴールデンウィークとなりました。 今回は季節的に利用できませんでしたが、敷地内のプールもとても魅力的で、次回はぜひ夏に訪れて、家族でプールも満喫したいと思います。

편안하고 좋은 집이였습니다. 세탁기와 건조기가 같이 있어서 너무 좋았어요. 다만 수건이 조금더 많았으면 더 좋았을것 같아요.

The space was large and just as described. We enjoyed how close to 2 different train stations the home was. Clean and tidy- would definitely stay again in the future.
