Monthly Rentals in Sumartin

It was a fantastic holiday in a newly renovated room, which offers everything you need on vacation - top modern and spacious furnishings, a cozy double bed, a beautiful kitchen with all the essential items and a fantastic shower where you can cuddle. The place flashed so much for us, we stayed here for the first time and really want to come back here. Close to the property are tons of various top swimming opportunities, all within a few minutes walking distance. A small shop nearby also offers the necessary food, alternatively there is a bigger one in the neighboring village. The bakery nearby is also highly recommended! In summary, it was a fantastic holiday in Sumartin!

The apartment was everything we wanted. The view from the balcony is enchanting, the place is clean and nicely furnished and fully equipped. We managed to lock ourselves out, but the landlady arranged the key in only 20 minutes. Thank you!

Pros: Amazing little apartment with an unbeatable view on the ocean. The ocean is 50m away and the village of Sumartin is very idyllic. Foldyna is super kind and was very flexible with our check in/out times. Thanks a lot for a great stay. Cons: Self-check in/out would be great. Don’t expect a big apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful loft in Sumartin. The house perfectly matched the description: elegant, modern, with stunning sea views. The pebble beach just across the house was charming and practically deserted, allowing us to relax completely. Mariana and Mario have really created a warm place, in which they put a lot of work and heart. We would like to thank Renata and Tonći in particular for their help upon arrival. They were very kind and always ready to answer our questions. In the village, we discovered an excellent restaurant, "Miron", where the dishes were incredibly delicious. The owner, a very caring and pleasant person, and the locals were overall very welcoming. We also tasted the local olive oil with homemade bread — it was delicious! Thanks for the warm welcome!
