Awesome property there with Romanzia village Homestay , very huge property and awesome service just feels like home back to village. I recommend Everyone to come and have a glimpse of nature in it raw form plus the swimming pool and many activities like swing made it feels like premium subscription of heaven . Highly recommend!!

The place is located at nice remote location with just 1-2km from Vythiri main road. Stay was very comfortable and pleasant. Nice environment with clean Swimming. The caretaker Mr. Samad was very helpful and assisted us with whatever needed for us. Thank you for the great hospitality. Definitely recommended if you want a peaceful stay and lush environment. 😊

We Visited the Place for a short stay of 2 Nights. The Villa is located in an exotic location surrounded by greenery of tea garden and mountain ranges around the property. The Host Pavithra and her team were cordial to help us and helped us with our needs during our stay. The Place might be slightly far from major View points in Wayanad, but offers a perfect getaway into serene natural beauty of Kerala.

We had an memorable stay at this beautiful home. Very well maintained home and surroundings. Only concern was the approach road, which was too steep and single lane. kitchen felicility could be improved.

At first, we were a bit skeptical while booking this property as the photos didn’t look very convincing, but we went ahead with it as we didn’t have many options. I must say that the photos don’t do justice to the property. Ranjith and Joby have got all the bases covered. Beautiful location, private place, extremely clean and well maintained. Even though the property is in the midst of nature, it still has all the modern amenities required. The plunge pool is great too. We saw a lot of rare birds like Flame-throated bulbuls, black-naped monarch, Asian emerald dove, hornbills and many more in the property itself. Just for that reason alone we will be visiting this place again. The caretakers Ali and his wife Sajna along with their daughter Nejla make the guests feel welcome and often stretch themselves to cater to the needs of the guests. Simple home cooked meals can be served at the property at a very affordable price if the guests want. Definitely visiting again.

The antique-themed decor, complete with books and vintage items, added a unique charm. Bedrooms were huge, and there was plenty of common space for everyone to relax and spend quality time together. We especially loved the separate balcony with a swing and the well-kept swimming pool. The caretaker was always around when needed—very helpful yet never intrusive. Overall, a peaceful and well-planned property perfect for a comfortable getaway.

The place is at the centre of all the spots that we wanted to cover around Wayanad. Be it Banasura dam, Chembra trek, Edekkal caves, Soochipara falls. Also it has nearby Petrol pump, since we used 2-wheeler to roam around and good restaurants in the vicinity. The caretaker was very helpful and provided us with necessary instructions to travel around. The place is exactly what is described in the photos. We had some issues with the wifi, but caretaker was helpful in resolving this. Overall it was a great stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Ramya's place! The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with basic amenities one could need. Ramya was incredibly hospitable and quick to respond to any questions I had. The check-in process was seamless, and I felt right at home. it is a great villa located in peaceful area. The host Adish was extremely helpful and communicated very well. He can arrange almost everything you need for your trip in Wayanad, starting from travel arrangements to food arrangements. The caretaker Faarish was always available to help with anything. You'll also find most of the utensils you need available in the kitchen.

A nice place to chill out with your friends and families. Ashu the manager is very responsive and helpful! Right now they have two beautiful mini cottages with attached bathrooms. At least 2 people can stay in each room. The outside setup is beautiful you can spend hours and hours in the garden area with a mesmerizing green hilly view of the Western Ghats. Just one thing we faced network issues over there and the wifi strength was also not good. Will request management to set up a strong wifi, other than this everything was pretty great. I will recommend everyone to stay at this place as this provides a great gateway from the tedious life!

We had a wonderful stay at Sebastian’s home in Cherukattoor, Wayanad. It's a charming 3-bedroom villa with a relaxing balcony, a functional kitchen, and plenty of space for groups (extra mattresses were provided). Sebastian, who lives next door, was kind, generous, and always available. One of the highlights was the mini tour he gave us of his lush garden and plantation. The property is surrounded by a rich variety of flora — jackfruit trees, pepper vines, coffee plants, and more. It was a serene and refreshing experience to be so close to nature. We enjoyed playing badminton in the open space and were even treated to a homemade Easter breakfast. As we left, he gifted us fresh jackfruit and mangoes from his garden. He also guided us on local attractions and activities. Highly recommended for a peaceful, nature-filled, and homely experience. Overall, a heartwarming stay in a tranquil setting — thanks to Sebastian's amazing hospitality!

It was a great experience staying at this place. The stay was cozy and peaceful with a lot to explore around and inside the property. 2 waterfalls are nearby within 6km radius. Stay and house 12 people in 2 bedrooms (4) and 2 dormitory (8). For the 4 washrooms, one is attached to one of the dormitory. other than that there is one washroom just outside one bedroom. Additional 2 washroom near to dining area. However please note that the property is 200m offroad, which may not be accessible by all cars. Despite that we enjoyed our time & loved the property. Recommend for those seeking tranquility. The interiors are beautifully designed and are minimal, exactly as shown in the pictures. Definitely insta-worthy! The host (Nadheem and his wife) were very welcoming and helpful. The stay provides few games to play and books to read. It also has a functioning kitchen with untensils and stove (bring your own supplies)

A single independent home. Had a calm n peaceful stay,just few kilometres away from the town. Any homely food available from the caretaker s home.few suggestions are there which was accepted and implemented. friendly host and very innocent caretaker and families. It is a genuine village, other houses are there around the place,and all are live very happily and peacefully.Highly suggested for families. Wheelchair accessible doors and bathroom are there.

This was so far one of the best homestay I have been to. The owner was friend and help. The place is no less than a villa. He also arranged bonfire in this backyard. Brought us fresh fruits while checkin. Gave recommendations about places nearby. Would highly recommend this place if you are visiting with a bigger group and want to spend a great time within nature.

Great place! Jonadh is a wonderful host. The entire vibe of the house is homely. His mother offered us some homemade sweets on New Year Day. His father went the extra mile to call the local restaurant to deliver food for us when they initially refused. Don't hesitate, just book the place. You will have a fantastic time!
