Corry’s home is a great value around Chautauqua lake. It’s clean and comfortable and so close to everything in each direction of the lake.

10/10 would definitely stay here again! Wonderful old house with lots of charm. It was like a little museum with all kinds of artifacts and photos! Kitchen was well stocked with cooking items and linens were present and clean! Manual about the house and area was included. The trees and property were very pretty and relaxing. It was out of the way but also not far from town with shops! I really enjoyed just wandering through the house. Host provides so many cool and eccentric amenities including jackets and sledding stuff, fire pit, board games, lots of books, etc. we had a nice cozy night of monopoly in the living room listening to the little old radio! We didn’t even need the TV. Instructions for check out were easy and simple and quick which was greatly appreciated. Overall a great experience, no complaints and would recommend!

After staying 2 to 3 times for the past 4 years, there is nothing else to add about Mel and the cabin. I highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with beautiful surroundings. Mel and the cabin is 5 star all the way.

Great place within walking distance of a number of restaurants and the Lucille Ball Museum.
