From the balcony, whose windows can be pushed to the side, you can see the city center and the cathedral, the city harbor, the Möweninsel [seagull island] and the Schlei. You also have a nice view from the living room. Ideally suited to explore Schleswig and the surrounding area from here. Parking is available in the parking garage or on the landlord's property (Schwanenwinkel 1).

Unser Haus liegt in einem kleinen, grünen Dorf zwischen Flensburg und Schleswig, ideal zum Entspannen/Urlaub machen. Die Lage ist ruhig und in 5 Minuten von der Autobahn erreichbar. In ca. 15 Minuten bist du in der Stadt und hast in der Umgebung ein großes Freizeit Angebot. Auch Nord- und Ostsee erreichst du in 20–30 Minuten mit dem Auto. In der Umgebung laden auch schöne Seen zum Spazieren ein. Das Dorf bietet außerdem eine Kirche und ein beheiztes Freibad, das im Sommer täglich geöffnet hat.

The flat consists of a large living room with an integrated kitchen and direct access to the terrace. There is a beautiful bedroom with a large bed with an extra-large duvet. The bathroom is equipped with an open shower. Everything was completely renovated in 2023.

The house community is very quiet and considerate of each other and thus allows a relaxing time in the great apartment. Our apartments are located in the listed gatehouse from 1781. The 1-room apartment on the first floor offers magnificent views of the surrounding horse pastures and the beautiful manor house. In the immediate vicinity, the Böklunder Forest invites you. The apartment has been completely renovated recently and equipped with modern amenities. Free parking is available behind the house.
