Nous vous accueillons dans notre demeure familiale riveraine de l’Erdre, une des plus belles rivières de France. Vous séjournerez pour vos loisirs (ou à titre professionnel) dans une aile du bâtiment, dans un cadre exceptionnel. Nous serons heureux de partager avec vous l’histoire de cette belle Folie Nantaise, située aux portes de Sucé sur Erdre (le centre bourg est à 300 mètres) et pourtant nichée dans un écrin de nature sauvage avec son parc arboré de 2 hectares et accès privatif à l’Erdre.

Nous vous accueillons dans ce gîte tout confort, situé dans un écrin de verdure, à la croisée des chemins de la Vélodyssée et de la Régalante et à quelques minutes à pied de l'Erdre et du petit port de la Guillonnière. Les commerces et le port de Sucé-sur-Erdre sont à 4 minutes en voiture, et Nantes à 25 minutes en tram. Au rez de jardin d'une maison nantaise, vous pourrez vous détendre sur la terrasse ou au bord de la piscine. Un parking et un abri vélos sont à votre disposition.

Quiet with private entrance, close to everything (restaurants, shops, bus). PLEASE NOTE, vans cannot enter (parking nearby).

New type 2 accommodation of 40 m2 in a very quiet impasse. You will have a beautiful living room with 1 sofa bed for 1 person and a kitchenette. One bedroom with 1 bed of 160 adjoining the bathroom. A toilet/linen area with washer area. We have a dryer available to you. Its high ceilings in all rooms give it a special charm and very great brightness. Linens, towels, and bedding are provided .

Perfect for bringing your family or friends together, you will enjoy the 3000 m2 of land not overlooked, terraces, green spaces, pétanque and the ping pong table. Semi-rigid boat rental 5.3m on the Erdre at extra cost.

La Chapelle-sur-Erdre: Studio Number 2

We welcome you in the heart of a very quiet village in the Chapelaine countryside. Attractive living space where you can prepare your meals if you wish. Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m., Check-out before 11am. For maximum freedom, your entrance is independent. €35 for one person's occupancy €55 for two people. Remember to select the right number of occupants! :)

At "La Terrasse du Verger" (Orchard's terrace), you will find a spacious, bright and open on the outside, accommodation. In this independent flat located in our house, we prepared you an high end, functional and in the mood, atmosphere. It fits as for families with children, as for groups (sports events, friends... ) for a journey.

On the ground floor of the house, a kitchen, a back kitchen, a living room, toilet, a bathroom. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, a mezzanine, toilet, bathroom. Guests can enjoy the garden, terrace and garden furniture.
