Our house is located in the centre of Kallnach, a well-kept village in the region of the Three Lakes. The bright and friendly flat for exclusive use is on the top floor. The flat has a large living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a small balcony. There are three restaurants and a small supermarket (7/7) in the village. The train station is 650m from the house.

You will stay in the listed farmhouse, which was renovated in 2025. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and a lounge with a pool table. In the garden there are various seating options, a fire pit, a hotpot. Animal lovers can enjoy many animals: llamas, alpacas, cows, chickens, rabbits, sheep, cats and dogs. A trek can be booked with the alpacas & llamas.

The first-floor apartment is a 5-minute walk from the train station, absolutely central yet quietly located. Ideal for business people, but also for people who want to take a city vacation in an idyllic location.

Spend the night in a stork's nest

Enjoy your stay in the lovingly renovated attic studio, overlooking the rooftops of the village with their stork nests. After watching the sunset on your own terrace, you end the evening with billiards or foosball. A private toilet with shower and simple kitchen is at your disposal. There is no air conditioning, but there is a fan.
