Located within the Villaggio Tamerici, in a strategic position (800 meters from the center), it is close to the most beautiful beaches of San Teodoro: 1.5 km from Isuledda and Cala D'Ambra, and 2.5 km from La Cinta. Air conditioning, TV, washing machine, veranda, second outdoor shower. Free parking inside the Residence. Large green areas with children's playground. The price of the stay includes rent, utilities, and final cleaning. Linen is not included in the price but can be rented at an additional cost. It is not recommended for families with small children, as it is not possible to add a little bed on the loft: the extra bed is available on the ground floor. The well-being and safety of our guests is our priority.
